Cons:The pillows were too thin
Pros:I like the price, a good location next to the train station, the staff was friendly and the restaurant around Narita.
Cons:The rooms were kind of small but comparison to the higher price rooms in Tokyo its worth the price and not enough outlets to plug in my electronics,.
Pros:Good wifi service. Hot water, tea, coffee, complimentary bath items.
Cons:Only one electrical outlet. TV remote wouldn't change channels.
Pros:It was older rooms but clean, and everyone was nice.
Cons:Our plane arrived pretty late but there is no shuttle bus after 7:50 pm. I didn't realize that it was pretty far away from Airport and taxi fee was expensive. Using train will be recommended.
Pros:The staff were very helpful, we almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport, and having a fussy baby didn't help. One of the guys actually went up to our room to remind us and helped us bring our luggage down while the receptionist came out to help bring our luggage to the bus, never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. The hotel location is also very close to the Narita train station (less than a block), which is great. The room was small but cute, came with two sets of some kind of kimono and slippers. The electric outlet also woks with US chargers
Cons:The elevators were tiny for a family with many luggage, we had to make 2 trips to go up and down, because they couldn't fit the baby stroller and the luggage, but it's not a deal breaker.

Cons:Somewhat dirty carpet, cluttered room.
Pros:Excellent staff even with us foreigners. Got to the hotel early and they took our bags from us. Got lost on the way back somewhat and was very very late getting tl the hotel. Found our bags in the room and staff awaiting us when we finally adequate it back. Refilled the hotel complimentaries and towels while we were gone every day.
Cons:Very very small room. But we expected as much.
Pros:Nice staff. Clean. Lots of extras (tea, coffee, robe, bath things).
Cons:Smelled of smoke. Confusion with reserved booking. Small for long a long stay.
