Cons:I thought location was in a little sketchy area , near a freeway and looked rundown. I wouldn’t walk there at night. We just Ubered everyday.They said they were renovating the rooms. Our Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator didn’t work first day but they got it fixed. It is blocks away from music row and Vanderbilt in one direction and a couple miles from the Gulch and Downtown area in the other Direction. There were other hotels around there that were a lot nicer to stay at in my opinion.

Pros:I loved the king size bed and the location was nice. It was a cheap uber ride to downtown Nashville so it was very convenient!
Cons:I did not like how low and closed in the bathroom area was. It could use a bit of updating and it's a little claustrophobic but for the money I enjoyed my stay!

Pros:Check in /out was simple and quick and their continental breakfast was amazing. Rooms and bathrooms were clean.
Cons:The front portion of the parking lot was a little small and not super easy to maneuver. All in all, it was only the most minor of inconveniences.

Pros:The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. This hotel is walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and the entertainment on Broadway. The proximity to the highway was a nice touch as well.

Pros:The Internet was broken and the staff tried to help the best that they could.
Cons:I asked to speak with someone about the fact that it was out all night when I specifically needed a hotel room with Internet post my surgery. I was told a supervisor would call. Still waiting. I lost a day of work and still have not been contacted to handle the issue.

Pros:I really liked the staff and how friendly they were. I also really enjoyed the breakfast that they had.
Cons:The only thing that I did not like was the ironing board in the room. It was bent on the feet and leaked water.

Pros:Location is great. Not to far from Broadway St. There are restaurants across the street from this hotel to eat at, if you want to stay close. The beds were comfortable and clean. Our room was was clean and nice. The hot breakfast was good. The even made omelets for you if you wanted one, no charge. All of the hotels in the downtown area make you pay for parking. Some as high as $30 per night. We only had to pay $10 per night her at the Comfort Inn. I will be stopping here again.
Cons:The pool was under construction/renovation and the elevator rocks and shakes when it moves up or down. Like a ride at an attraction. You have to book it online to get a cheaper rate. They wanted $50 more at the front desk on a walkin. They didn't believe me when I showed them the online price. They should have just worked with me. So I booked it standing right there in front of them.

Pros:Location
Cons:Not clean, very much a motel. They were also doing a lot of concrete work onsite and consistently lied about when they were going to be done with the work so I spent most of the time listening to concrete saws. Absolutely horrible. I went down to the lobby at one point to beg them to stop and was met by nearly everyone staying there checking out despite just arriving. not a great place. Definitely the worst stay I've had anywhere (and I travel every week)
