We had a problem with our vehicle and were told to come in and quickly swap it out with an identical vehicle that they were holding for us. The replacement vehicle wasn’t available when we arrived and the staff were unaware of the situation. The exchange was not quick as had been claimed. Pros:Staff was understanding and helpful. We had some issues with the car in the first 4 days and came by ANC with it on 9/10. None serious enough to exchange the car, but we did receive a fair adjustment on our final invoice...Cons:Car could've been cleaner,,,Reviewed 20 Sep. 2020
