Pros:Well, we reserved 2 vans, but when we came to pick up, they did not have the vans, so they upgraded us to a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex so that worked out well.Cons:Luckily, even though we reserved a van - which is why we went with National, because they showed to have a van. When showed up to pick up, they did not have the van we reserved, so they gave us a Ford Flex. We did like the Ford Flex, so it worked out fine.Reviewed 8 Jul. 2019
