Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. The line to wait at the counter was longer than the flight to Orange County was!4.0 Mediocre

The quality of the vehicle. Given a vehicle with a big dent in the door. Purchased the package that I could choose my own vehicle only to find out I needed to pay an upgrade for a mustang if I wanted. I will not use the choose your vehicle option because I did not get to choose .6.0 Okay

I called U-save the day after I made the reservation to confirm it was unlimited miles. It wasn't. I wanted to cancel the reservation and I have contacted.Kayak, u-Save, and CarRentals.com to help cancel the reseravtion. The reservation STILL HAS NOT BEEN CANCELED. It's been over 2 weeks. No one can seem to help me. I was promised a 50% refund for the cancelation and I have received no refund whatsoever. I am still trying to chase down the cancellation and this was a horrible experience.9.2 Wonderful

car was dirty and smoked in. when I showed the rep he took it and returned a bit cleaner but still filthy and not even remotely to be clean! after that I sat in the car and turned on the AC and it smelled like cigarets. when i told that to the rep he replied: its a rental car... really...Budget

I like that the attendant was polite. Price was good for the rental.Cons:
Attendant does not answer the phone. I called at different times on different days, never answered the phone. The attendant left the location to wash a car for an 45 minutes. There is no key drop off at that location. There is no shuttle to the airport that is 1 mi. I will not book w/ budget again.10.0 Wonderful
