Pros:I have to admit, I wasn't expecting much for $50 (off season rate). However, I was pleasantly surprised with what I got for my money. The owner/operator was extremely friendly, the room was clean, and I had everything I needed. The beach was across the street and easily accessible. You can tell this place has been around for many years, long before some of its neighbors, but it has been upgraded. The owner also explained to me that he had just ordered all new furniture, which should be arriving soon. If you want the Hilton, keep looking. If you enjoy saving money and still being right in the middle of everything, this is a good choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:Had roaches for the majority of the stay. The problem was handled promptly, although we weren't offered to change rooms. Apparently our room was the only one with roaches, but if one has them then the others must as well...

Pros:I liked that the beach was across the street and the manager was okay nice. Maid was nice. Told me places for entertainment.
Cons:Where do I start??! Shower towels are very small. Pool was not ready until day of leaving (stayed for 5 nights-my 6 year old daughter was so dissapointed being told everyday the pool was still closed). INTERNET SERVICE should not be on their website. Tiki bar was closed when prior year it was open for bike week. BED BUGS!! The last night we stayed k noticed little bumps on my ankles and we actually caught one (left that morning fyi). This is perfect for someone who wants to stay at a super 8 across the street from the beach. I would not recommend for children at any age but it was a overall great vacation!!
