4.0 Mediocre
I don’t like that there is very little clear signage in the parking area and no lobby entrance from the street. You have to go in the mall, which is touristy and small, and get to the third floor. If you arrive in the evening, it’s not clear how to get to the front desk. DONT LIKE the lack of hotel parking, it’s another 29 dollars a night. No real amenities p, no pool, no hot tub.

Pros:Partial water view. Balcony. Lots of local produce stands, close by coffee, and hundreds of mall shops, if you like that next to your hotel. Nice pier out to the bay with a view of (south) Vancouver.
Cons:Remote location. Hard to find, especially at night. Parking garage is vast and confusing requiring a walk thru the mall. Carpets and bed spreads need cleaning. Decor was bad late 90's Chinese black lacquer furniture with maroon bed spread and gold lame wall paper. Bed was mushy. Overal not very friendly.

Pros:Great location when you are in town without a vehicle. Friendly staff, right above Lonsdale Market, Sea-bus and bus transfer station.
Cons:Hotel is looking a little dated, needs new plumbing fixtures and decoration updates.

Pros:Although this hotel is in North Vancouver, I found better value at this hotel compared to any one I have stayed in downtown. It is on top of Lonsdale Quay, which provides a number of great public transit options. Most importantly, you are a 5-10 minute SeaBus ride away from downtown. So you can go from your hotel room door to a bar in GasTown in less than 15 minutes. On weekends, the market below the hotel is bustling, so lots to do in the mornings.

Pros:A nice hotel in a great and convenient location. Good front desk staff, always very pleasant and helpful. Numerous and interesting eating and shopping opportunities in the area. Wonderful waterfront location.
