Pros:The front desk people where very nice and efficient, and the room was clean and reasonably sized. The bed was quite comfortable.
Cons:I chose this hotel because it was listed as a Tesla Destination Charger. When I arrived I found a Tesla spot occupied by a gasoline Honda Accord. The front desk people said they do not take down guest license plates and there was nothing they could do. Since this hotel is in Washington it turns out that gas cars can be ticketed for occupying charger spots, but it requires appropriate signage to warn the driver. The hotel didn't have any signage on the spot, and the front desk people said "corporate" wouldn't let them put one up. Checking on another website I found it turns out this particular hotel's EV chargers are often blocked by gas cars. When a gas car blocks an EV charger it can mean the difference between getting a charge and being able to reach the next destination or not. The hotel should either put up signage, get guest plates (so they can contact guests blocking charger spots) or not advertise their chargers. Minute two stars for this, which was a serious inconvenience to me.

Pros:This hotel is in a nice location, lots of trees and has a frontier feel.
Cons:Bad smell throughout the entire decaying hotel! This place is old and dirty. The staff are next to useless and quite unfriendly. The food at the restaurant is appalling. Please please please stay somewhere else!

Pros:The bed and pillows were very comfy. Lots of amenities. We appreciated the in-room microwave and refrigerator.
Cons:We felt that the on-site restaurant was over-priced and opted to eat off-site. The description indicated a carpeted room but the floors were hardwood laminate. The picture that accompanied the description accurately showed the correct flooring.

Pros:Hotel was a bit tricky to find, very nice accommodations. Employees I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice however the hard flooring made it feel a bit institutional. An area rug of some sort would have made a big difference in this feeling.

Cons:I think I should have been told before making reservation that the hotel would be doing major renovations while I was there and that several normal services would be lacking or less than usual. Because of construction, there was not really restaurant service onsite. Also, on Monday morning I was woken up by construction noise at 6:45 AM !!!! And, for all that - the room rate was NOT reduced from their usual rates.

Pros:I was concerned when I first pulled up to the hotel as it is obviously dated. It was very clean, however and the rooms were updated. The bed was comfortable, the room large and the standard amenities were included (fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, etc.). I didn't deal with the staff other than when I checked in and out, but they were friendly. When I checked in the price for one of the nights was higher than I'd been quoted for my reservation months before. The desk clerk didn't hesitate; he said he'd take care of it and made the adjustment to give me the lower rate to match the other dates of my stay. I appreciated that very much, as some other places are not so accommodating. Also, I didn't have a chance to use them, but they had several nice bicycles available for complimentary rentals. I'll stay here again when I visit family, and I hope to have time to use the bikes the next time.
