The description said airport shuttle. It did not have airport shuttle. Hotel is old, tired, didn’t feel clean.

Pros:Clean and close proximity to universal.
Pros:I enjoyed the overall location and proximity to the parks and shops as well asthe staff who were very professional and courteous thank you for a wonderful stay and experience with your hotel
Cons:My car got broken into. They smash my window and stole a laptop. The hotel did no do anything about it. The replacement of the window cost me $312. Felt very unsafe
Pros:The location and facilities were great, also the free wifi and breakfast.
Cons:My room was in the first floor next to the pool, therefore it was noisy when people went to the pool
Pros:Location. Some staff was friendly.
Cons:They gave us a room without cleaning and they didn't change neither the room not the sheets and towels. Breakfast was terrible and very little options.

Pros:I was surprised of the kitchenette, made the stay alot easier .Did not have to run out for every meal.
Cons:I was told maid service was tuesday and thursday,we never saw a maid
Cons:Rude, non-helpful, disgusting room, nobody there that cares about customer service. Avoid unless you are willing to pay a cheap rate and receive only a nasty room to stay in.
