At TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando East/UCF you'll be steps away from everything you need while getting much more than you'd ever expect!Newly Renovated in June 2024 we are walking distance to several local restaurants and located just minutes from the UCF campus, Siemens, Central Florida Research Park, NSA Orlando, Lockheed Martin, Addition Financial Arena, FBC Mortgage Stadium, & Full Sail University!Select from our Studio, 1Bedroom, or 2Bedroom Suites - each with a fully equipped kitchen including four burner range ovens, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the utensils you need for a good home cooked meal. Enjoy a Complimentary Breakfast Buffet, HSIA, onsite laundry facilities, 24hr coffee in the lobby, a BBQ grill, a state-of-the-art fitness center, fresh baked cookies in the evening, and many of the little things that make us a home away from home!During your days off enjoy some rest and relaxation at our pool area year-round as it's heated in the winter and kept cool in the summer!
