I didn't choose the cheapest option that was available but a "mini" that had a photo of a mini cooper. It was almost double the price of the cheapest option. I ended up receiving the cheapest option vehicle and was told that I paid extra for the latest model of that vehicle, a random sedan. If I had known this would happen I would have chosen the cheapest option. It seems that I was deceived by the company to pay extra. I purchased insurance online but was told it was not from the rental company. The difference should be explained ahead of time as it also seems to be deceiving the consumer.

Pros:

Very clean. Appeared to be almost a new car. Had the car for 7 weeks. Got good gas mileage. The staff were very helpful in answering questions.. Quick and easy pickup and return. I went to the beach frequently and consequently collected a fair amount of sand on the floor. They said that normally they would need to charge a cleaning fee, but waived that charge because of the length of the rental.

Cons:

The car was almost new and I had some questions about how some things worked,such as the air conditioner, and rear window wipers, and engine iddeling issues. The owners manual was entirely in a foreign language and was useless,but the people at the car rental place were very knowledgeable and answered all my question.
