Pros:
The staff was very friendly. I rented a Jeep Wrangler and received a Honda CRV. I would not have mentioned it, but it was specific that it was a Wrangler to enjoy the environment on this vacation. Our flight was late, so they cancelled the Jeep and gave it to someone else after two hours. Nowhere does it say after two hours your car is cancelled ( I would’ve called if I knew this information). They did not call to confirm.10.0 Wonderful

We waited over 1 hr in line for this car. Then they gave us a cat and then said, oh no you have to wait another 30 minutes for another car. This one is rented! -1 1/2 hrs wait to leave Thrifty. We missed our dinner RSVP. Terrible service at the counter. terrible!10.0 Wonderful

The hidden charges were brutal I was expecting to pay what I booked from the web site but I end up paying almost triple the amount. even though the Enterprise rep. went out of her way to gave me a discount I felt the price was not reflected at time of booking.2.0 Poor

Nothing. I arrived at 10:00 AM. I waited in the hot garage with mosquitos for 45 minutes. We got our car after 11. The computer system was down so the 2 customers in front of me took about 25 minutes each.Cons:
We showed up at 10:00 AM, we should have gotten our car before 11....We could have been allowed to wait in the AC instead of the hot mosquito infested garage... The employee could have moved a little quicker. I would not rent here again. The car gas tank could have been full instead of 5/8's, so many things could have been better.2.0 Poor

When I arrived on 12/25 IN San Juan Puerto Rico to pick up my rental car at the Convention Center Sheraton the Avis rental office was closed. There were 2 cars sitting in the lot. No one from the Avis office would respond to calls to open the office so I could pick up the car I rented. Customer service at the airport location advised that no cars were available on the island. I never got my car. I spent over $900 dollars in extra hotel rooms, taxis and a shuttle to get to and from Rincon on the west coast.2.0 Poor
