Pros:Got to check in early into a quite so I could take a nap. Room was dark with curtains closed. Staff were eager to please.
Cons:As a corporate policy they don't seem to have jacuzzi which I like to use at end of the day. Also a nice way to have a casual conversation with other guests.

Pros:location easy to find. nice rooms. outstanding office staff. check in and check out both smooth and easy with Heba. Ahmad attentive to situation with noisy guests upstairs (seriously, they sounded like a herd of elephants clamping around up there! even my noisy 11 year old complained about the noise level.) he moved them ... we had a very restful night. then two nights with moderate noise. staff friendly, yet professional. the 11 year old loved the pool and we love that he then slept soundly. relatively affordable.
Cons:downstairs rooms get waaay too much noise from upstairs. even my hard-of-hearing father mentioned how noisy it was. housekeeping staff seem unclear on how many people are staying in rooms, even for consecutive nights ... had to get towels twice! shower grout moldy. ceiling and on wall near ceiling moldy.

Pros:Excellent price (best price in the area) Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable bed, easy access and parking, fridge and microwave in the room (coffee is in the lobby), 24 hr IHOP next door.
Cons:Freeway noise: It is right next to the freeway, a mixed blessing because it is easy to get to, but the soundwall didn't get rid of the noise but instead seemd to make it this haunting whosh/screech. I overcame that by leaving the fan on in the bathroom and the bathroom door partially open and that masked it enough so I was able to sleep.

Cons:There was mold on the shower floor. I asked twice for bleach to clean it myself but never got it. There are holes in the carpet.

Pros:It was and indoor like motel over all it was quite. And locked hallways doors as well as the door do to the room. It was clean.
Cons:I booked though kayak however they didn't tell me when I got there of have to pay $100 for a security deposit. :/ The front desk seemed pretty strict on it. Hoping I get it back to cuz you can't get it garenteed before you leave.
