Cons:
The location demanded that I obtain insurance and pay USD 500 before they would give me the car since I did not have a copy of my insurance showing that rental cars were covered. Who cares a copy of their insurance disclosures? If I had known, I would have obtained a copy before I left the US. Thus, I had to call my insurance company at my expense and have them email a copy that I could then email to the renal counter. I will not use Kayak nor Hertz for a rental car again and will tell all of my friends to not use them also. Not happy.Enterprise Rent-A-Car
