Pros:We had an early morning flight and didn't arrive until later than we had planned. The room was clean and attractive, it was quiet despite the freeway being right near by. We wanted somewhere to eat and the lady at the front desk recommended a restaurant that was one of the best parts of our entire trip. We left too early for breakfast but they were setting up and it looked pretty good. We did not get to use most of the amenities but it was easy to find, was close to some really nice places to eat and was only 4 minutes from the airport but felt clean, quiet and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons:Some of the carpeting looked a little stained and some of bathroom fixtures (tiles joints and grout ) looked a little worn. Otherwise I would have said it was a luxury hotel. Did not like the remote, it was made to be easy to clean but it was very hard to figure. The buttons the TV was indicating you were to use were not on the remote, like they were 2 different systems, but we did figure out a way to use it eventually.

Pros:Bien ubicado si vas de negocios a san Mateo o sus alrededores, las habitaciones son amplias, aunque para nada modernas, lo normal para un hotel de estancia circunstancial.
Cons:Las cajas de seguridad estaban fuera de servicio, en la recepción de ofrecieron a guardarme las cosas...que no fueran de valor!!! No aceptaban ni dinero, ni pasaportes ni joyas para resguardar...vamos un sin sentido total.

Cons:The website lists a shuttle to the airport which is the only reason I stayed here, but it no longer exists. Going to complain to get my cab fair reimbursed but not hopeful
