I found an intravenous needle in the bed. I asked to speak with the manager or assistant but nobody was there for two days. I asked to have the bed changed and the room cleaned but they ignored my request. I’ve been coming to this hotel for more than five years, but this was the absolute worst ever. William Kaufman
The desk staff was always helpful when I had problems with the television and needed more coffee. HOWEVER, overall, this property is far from Hilton standards! Yes, it's only a Hampton Inn, but it bears the Hilton name and that should mean something. The rooms are very sparse, not even a closet or a set of drawers for clothing! No hooks in the bathroom. No toilet lid. The shower was in an old tub and was so poorly connected, one had to stand in a little corner of the tub to get any water at all. The showerhead did not move. Half the water did not even come through the shower, as the lever to control that didn't function properly. Showering was a challenge. The sink did not have a plunger. Hope you don't drop anything in the sink! There was no real hot water in the sink, either. Shampoo and condition were low quality. Okay, we had COVID, but now there is no room cleaning or servicing unless you request it? Same price, less service. The chair in the bedroom was stained. The lamps were crooked. The bed was lumpy. In the hallways and elevator there were ALWAYS caution signs for wet floors. It was living in a construction zone. The DIRECT TV was completely dysfunctional for one of the three days I was there. No information in the room about services nearby. Lots of highway noise. Hilton? I don't think so.
Cons:No closet space and the shower when used flooded the bathroom floor.
Pros:Terrific staff, clean and well maintained room. Toiletries were high quality, plenty of towels, pillows, etc. Microwave and mini fridge were welcome.
Cons:Had to run hot water in bath for 30 seconds to get hot water in sink, but after that, boiling hot water forever. Desk chair and loveseat not very comfortable OK for short sessions.
Pros:Friendly, courteous staff, clean, very nice amenities! Loved the waffles for bkfst and the cookies and coffee at night! Little snack and drink at check in very nice touch! Comfy beds, triple sheets and pillows! Plenty of towels and the neutrogena amenities great!
Cons:Not enough hot water our room at the end of the hall and at 5:30 no hot water., only lightly warm ...same thing at 7:30 in the am! need a bigger water heater
Cons:Mold growing on bath/shower walls needs to be cleaned with bleach, then treated with a retardant chemical.
