Pros:We had a room with a very large bed. The staff was very friendly. Love that it is pet-friendly.
Cons:The “resort fee” is silly. It isn’t a resort. It’s ridiculous.

Pros:Really comfortable room and a great sleep. The food was even better than I expected it to be. Quite happy with the location.
Cons:Conference rooms are in the basement, making them feel a bit closed-in. Sometimes the elevators are a bit of a wait.

Pros:Proximity to Starbucks, banks, nice restaurants, main attractions, Harbor/Pike Marget restaurants. Best part of town, safest, hotel restaurant awesome. Javier and Ryan, our waiters, awesome! Front desk and doormen awesome! You get what you pay for! Colon also very helpful when we were worried about getting to harbor for Clipper Excursion an hour early. Alia the best employee by faw deserving an A+, but, overall, entire staff friendly and very helpful!
Cons:Town car service offered by hotel way too expensive! Homeless walking on fourth street. Never bothered us, but sad, nevertheless.

Pros:The staff was great and the hotel was perfect. The only issue was that I purchased the breakfast package for our room. The hotel resturants was being remodeled. So the hotel staff said you will just get it to your room, which I thought was great. Well it wasn't I played phone tag with room service for about an hour and every time I called front line staff they said they will have them call us. We received one call and they hung up on the other end. So we didn't get breakfast, but the hotel did comp valet parking because of it so still worth it.

Pros:I loved the very friendly and helpful staff. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good, and quite affordable. Also liked the option of opting out of housekeeping, I always feel I need to pick up all of my things to make their job easier. Was great to just let it be, more relaxing! I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:We paid for an upgraded room on a high floor with a city view but our only window faced an office building about 50 feet away across an alley. We could see nothing else.
