Pros:Nothing. Sixt sent us a SMS to tell us that the car would be ready at pick up time and asked to call them. I called and told me that the car was not available due to maintenance issue. First they blamed the broker Expedia and then they aknowledged the mistake was on their side. They did not even try to find a replacement car or solution.Cons:EverythingReviewed 15 Mar. 2021

Reservation not honoredCons:Upon arrival at the Mexico City airport Sixt rental company, I was told that there were no cars available. I explained to the representative that I had a reservation and she apologized stating that all cars had been checked out. Due to this error, I had to take. 2.5 hour bus ride to my destination followed by the same bus ride the next morning. I was extremely disappointed and inconvenienced. Never againPros:Pick up was typical. The vehicle was brand new and perfect for what we needed. The staff was very good.Cons:There is a hidden refundable deposit fee of $1700 US dollars they charge at the rental office that was nowhere mentioned on the website.The Mexico city airport which is huge, is extremely difficult to navigate. No clear signage so it was impossible to relocate the drop off point. I was afraid I was going to miss my flight so I just left the vehicle curbside at the terminal, found the terminal rental office handed them the key and told them to deal with it.Reviewed 18 Nov. 2016
