Cons:I ordered additional insurance and was told it would be arounf 46 NIS, so I assumed altogether around 40 EUR for the rental period. At the end, the additional insurance they charged me was 150 EUR for three days!!!!! And eventhough I was at their Office on the day of return, they said nothing and only send me an invoice the next day! Their contract is in Hebrew, so I could only relied on what they had explained to me, why would I assume they are not telling the complete truth? I felt they took advantage of the fact that I don't speak Hebrew. After I compained, they simply told me to go read my contract! Not an honest service, in my opinion.Reviewed 4 Mar. 2020

Price & ServiceCons:The price showed in Kayak was $15.00 for the 2 days I booked. The end price was almost $90.00. I expected some increase because of full insurance coverage (which is optional) but the price difference was huge - I expect to see a final price, with mandatory fees and taxes, so I can compare the companies. Besides this, based on the invoice, the initial price was almost $22.00, also way higher than the one showed in Kayak. The car had a very bad small every time I started it. I am very disappointed. It was not the first time I used Kayak at all and I never had an experience like this one.Reviewed 30 Apr. 2018

Scam, 17 dollars insurance mandatory per day without refundCons:I payed 16 dollars in kayak for two days of rental in shlomo. When I got to pickup the car, they said I have to buy their insurance policy, and it will be 17 dollars per day. Next they said opel corsa, the model I ordered, isn't available. For me it is extremely important to have telescopic wheel because I'm 1.9m tall. They didn't know which models have it that they could offer, so thwy aent me going to the parking lot and check for my self. The guy who showed me the cars asked for their numbers while I was talking about models, and he kept telling "ask the office". After an hour of looking and running around, and waiting I just wanted to give up. But they said no refund. And they didn't want to give a model that physically possible to fit my needs without extra payment. I checked the contact of shlomo sixt and othe companies in kayak and all have this written in sub section with many conditions, and it never says how much exactly the insurance will cost. Don't rent cars with kayak anf pray to the gods you will find the car you adked for in shlomo Sixt.Reviewed 22 May 2017

MisleadingPros:NothingCons:Fare was misleading, at best. The kayak fare was supposedly all-in....but didn't include various charges that more doubles the fare I got fro. Kayak!! Also ten car was basically bombed out. When I tried to actually get a a summary of the condition of the car when they handed me the keys, I told him it was too many to document....he said"good for you, then we can't change you". Needless to say the interior of the car was even worse.Reviewed 23 Aug. 2016
