The Landing Resort and Spa offers guests luxurious accommodations and high-end service and comfortable amenities available. All of the guest rooms feature gorgeous stone fireplaces. Many rooms have beautiful views and the shoreline of Lake Tahoe. It is located in South Lake Tahoe, California.

The resort has meeting rooms and group spaces which include the heated outdoor pavilion and Lakeview Ballroom for weddings and other events. The Grand Rooftop Terrace can hold 300 people. These meetings and events can inspire as well as calm the mind as guests have access to beautiful lake views and delicious cuisine.

There are many packages that are offered by the Landing Resort. Travelers can pick guest packages to stay 2 nights and get the 3rd night free, winter activities and escapes, night out packages, offers for California residences, among other options.

Guest rooms have access to unique and warm rooms with many comforts available. The rooms are decorated with rustic rugs and comfortable leather sofas near stone fireplaces. Beds are made up with thick pillow top beds, fresh white sheets, comforters and goose down pillows. The rooms are accented with carved wood and granite. Each room features heated bathroom floors, a flat-screen TV, Direct TV and HD channels, and coffeemakers.

Pros (+) Location was great, perfect for the lake. Jimmy's restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were great!
Cons (-) We booked a pet friendly room for our dog, we were told we could only stay on the ground floor next to the lake car park. It was very noisy and the nightly cost did not match my experience. I am a seasoned traveler and this was not good value for money.
