I really disappointed with the car that you gave me. I booked in for intermediate car but I got compact car. In this car comfort at zero level. This car ruined my vacation. I need refund and I will never gonna use service from enterprise.10.0 Wonderful

I clearly said I would put the rental on my personal credit card then pay with a work credit card when I returned the truck,they put the payment through immediately which creates a hassle.6.8 Okay

Poor inventory .. only 2 options ... bumpy jeep or gas guzzling huge truck. I tried to downsize my rental to a car (I was willing to pay same higher rate) but 0 cars available. Seemed like because Budget was out of the jeep dealership they were saving vehicles for loaners for dealership customers.10.0 Wonderful
