We got to our pick up location and they did not have any cars available as well as no timeline of when they would get cars. They were less than helpful and lead us to an 800 number that basically told us there was nothing he could do to help. After 2.5 hours of being passed around on the phone We ended up canceling completely and going through someone else. I will never do this again. Horrible experience8.0 Very good

I had a horrible experience.Cons:
Upon arrival of the Hertz location it wad closed. I stood outside the building facility for 3 hours while workers were out on lunch. At this point I missed my check- in time and priority work meeting. I will never recommend this service to anyone. When asked for a refund I was told it was not possible. I took a lyft back to the airport in attempt to get back to the airport. This was a disgrace.4.4 Mediocre

The service was excellent. Best car rental pickup experience I've ever had! We were upgraded to a bigger vehicle, the staff was friendly and very helpful.The total cost was half of what it would have been if we had rented from the Charlotte airport. It was a $50 taxi ride to this off-site location, but well worth it!Cons:

While on my flight I received a voicemail that they no longer had any rental cars left. Why would they confirm a booking and then sell out. Did they know prior to my booking they had none left? Or did they continue to give customers cars that had no booking? Voicemail was very short with no explanation just that "they had no vehicles". This was a busy weekend I know.
