Our “cost estimate” conveniently left off the $300 under 25 fee, so we were tricked into thinking we were getting the best deal on a rental. We had a tire pop and were told to drive 3.5 hours on the highway with a donut on, and had to ask every possible question from the “emergency assistance personal” because he wouldn’t give us any information unless we specifically asked for it first. This is the first time we’ve rented a car, and I can guarantee you it’s the last time we rent from hertz.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The employee we had contact with was outgoing, kind and friendly.Cons:
They didn’t have the car we actually booked (it was being given to another customer as I arrived) so we were switched to something similar. We were up sold on insurance coverage after being told that the Allianz policy offered online didn’t really cover anything. If we wanted to leave on Sunday there were really limited hours (12p-3p, leaving us to rent the car another day to eliminate the hassle/give us the freedom to leave when we wanted). The option to pay with my credit card online didn’t work causing some confusion before picking up the car.10.0 Wonderful
