When I placed the order for this car on CarRentals.com, I was charged $40.95 which was described as: "the total cost of this reservation". When I went to pick up the car at Hertz, I was told that the vehicle license fee and taxes were not included - and was charged an additional $6.74. Reserved a Jeep Cherokee type vehicle. 3rd party CarRental.com booked an electric car. I had to pay extra at the counter to get the type of vehicle I reserved.
