This reservation was a scamPros:my reservation had conflicting addresses so I called the car rental place to find out the reservation did not exist, nor were they part of Kayak.IT WAS A SCAM.If I did not call, I would have NOT had a car for a funeral. Being summer, all cars from every company in town were booked. I would have been ....screwed.Cons:NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE. IF I DID NOT HAVE THE INSIGHT TO CALL THE CAR RENTAL COMPANY, I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON A TRIP WITHOUT A VEHICLE IN AN AREA YOU MUST HAVE A VEHICLE. TERRIBLE SITUATIONReviewed 21 Aug. 2018
