The car was nice and had no issuesCons:
Pick up took an hour. Staff member was kind but very slow and easily distracted and then we had to wait for car to be fully cleaned. After renting I called to try to adjust reservation and was told it couldn’t be adjusted at all so I had to change plans even though hertz states it can be changed.8.0 Very good

Condition on the car upon pickup could have use a let more detailed cleaning. Dusty in areas, crumbs from prior use and even a few used napkins left in side doors.6.8 Okay

The overall process was excellent. Staff, Company and company to customer was excellent.Cons:
Not sure what features were available in Jeep model. - We were 7000+ feet on climb which our SUV handled well. When it came to steep decline (coming down the mountain), the button to turn on decline going 5 mph feature was disabled. My concern on steep decline from 7000+ feet was a concern if I would burn the braking system. Not sure if this is a feature that needs to be purchased, but at the same time there was a risk. Overall: Great SUV and would recommend to others.10.0 Wonderful
