Agent was professional and thorough. Good mileage.Cons:
The car was not clean. There were bits of food in the console and the inside of the windshield was smeared. There was cleaning spray residue everywhere. I had alcohol wipes and cleaned for 1000 mile trip. Pick up time was long because of 1 agent and line. I reserved a Mazda "or similar". Learned belatedly Mazdas are never available. Manual was missing so never figured out how to set cruise control.2.0 Poor

They left me high and dry, didn’t have a car for me even though I booked over a week beforehand and wouldn’t even help me get my money back! Just gave me a number to call the corporate billing office to get my money back for THEIR MISTAKE AND LACK OF PROPER PLANNING.8.8 Very good

They never said I needed social security if I use debit card, even If I called them twice before, it's unbelievable, never again with this company, also is not the first time the girls from the front desk where so rude and I don't think they finish high schoolBudget
