Pros:Well first of all I would like to say I checked all the other hotels online this hotel is absolutely the best prices the best Hotel staff I've ever seen in any hotel in New York City and abroad they're very friendly helpful respectful I love the fact that it's way way far from the city the gym is excellent the pool was excellent food is excellent this is my get away to paradise when me and my wife just want to get away from the hustle and bustle this is where we come
Pros:style, comfort, free breakfast, courteous staff.
Cons:had to pay for wi-fi that should have been free given the price of the room. lost connection to to wi-fi too many times.
Pros:Hotel was clean and comfortable.
Cons:Breakfast line was a bit crazy. Took a while to get what I wanted and it seemed like the staff had a hard time keeping up with the number of people at breakfast.
Pros:The beds are extremely comfortable & very likely to get a good night's sleep.
Cons:I have stayed @ Hampton Inn previously for last 2 years. There was once a greeter, a young upbeat guy, who would greet, interact w/guests, and make sure he said good morning to guests as they arrived for breakfast. He was a great asset to the hotel, but sure he has moved on in life. No one greeted guests @ breakfast during my stay, did no see any staff interacting w/ guests to see if anything was needed.
