Service was good for such a short flight. Small plane but smooth flight.

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

Uncomfortable seats on 14 hour flight. Mediocre food. On time and great crew.

The helpful attitude of the staff, and being a wheelchair passenger everyone was helpful and understanding. The trip was made comfortable by the upgraded seat which was given without my request, that was a great surprise. Thank you Delta.

We just spent $6000 on our first trip since pre COVID and we were stranded on the runway of our departing airport for 2 hours and 15 minutes while our layover was only an hour and a half. We were told by the pilot we were next for de-icing and then got bumped by 3 other planes. Pilot went on to say they only had one guy working the de-icing where they usually have at least 2. In Rochester. In the heart of winter. Someone missed a step and should be fired. I'm not done.

I just wrote a text which was supposed to be for the flight from Denver to spokane not Frankfurt to Denver.

On time every leg of the journey and exceptional staff at counter, gate, and on board. I haven’t travelled in US for a long time and was genuinely surprised how pleasant this was.

The delays (5 hrs) were a comedy of errors, and the multiple safety issues encountered were very concerning.

Crew was great and did their best to make us comfortable and captain came out at the beginning to announce why the flight was delayed, weather situation up ahead, and kept us updated throughout the flight.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

WiFi did not work. Woman flight attendant in the rear of the plane was moody.

Well we did not realize at first it was a ground transfer, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our driver was awesome and the ride was wonderful. A bathroom on board would have been nice, but at least we were warned that there wasn't one so we went ahead of time.

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.

If you don’t check in 24 hours in advance, they will charge you $110 to check your bag instead of the $30. I did not get an email with this information and did not check in. In addition, my flight home was cancelled at layover and I had to spend the night in the airport, and then have another layover at another airport before making it home. Will not fly frontier again.

Terrible. Seats are bad and the baggage policy is inconsistent

Flight delayed 3 times, resulting in late arrival, rental car place gave car away resulting in increased BS charges because I was late. Frontier blows.

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.
