Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.

Staff is friendly, great variety of entertainment, check in a little messy but due to people not listening. Overall a pleasant experience. Would use again in the future.

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

Better training to have qualified crews and services. My flight was from around 12 midnight Friday Taipei to Vancouver. After two hours first meal (2:00 Am -8:00 ) no crew available for even asking for some water. I was even willing to pay for water. For breakfast after 8 hours the only drink was tea and coffee no water or juice.

Free Wi-Fi could have been better in the Airport.

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

Excellent staff made the boarding process fast and easy. Friendly crews on both flights from Saigon to Taipei and Taipei to Los Angeles. Will fly China Airlines again.

The flight was great. We had to purchase extra long seats for the long flight. But overall it was great.

Very bad !! My confirmed ticket got canceled with out notifying me in hyd airport , crew didn’t help us out !! They were very rude!! They made me pay for the confirmed ticket again !! Can you please let us know how I can get the refund for the ticket I paid

Amazing service and food. However I didn’t get chance to choose my own seat which bothered me a little.

The boarding was very chaotic and some airline staff were rude. This needs attending to.

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

I upgraded to first which was great and overall was a good experience. However, the service was a slight let down this time compared to what I would have expected from Emirates First. I ordered my meals and made a point to order the wine I wanted to have with the main course. The main course somehow came before my starter and I decided not to make a fuss of it and just asked for the wine so that I can enjoy it with the steak. It took quite a few minutes before the wrong wine came which I pointed out. At this point I decided to start eating as medium rare steak (the way I like it) was going to get cold . Few minutes later, a different crew came with the same incorrect wine and I had to send it back and waited another few minutes. Both crew came together few minutes later finally with the correct wine. By then I was more than half way through my steak which is rather unfortunate because the steak was good and and wine was good. Would have been perfect to enjoy them together . They were apologetic and when I mentioned that she had forgotten about my starter, she apologised and insisted that she will make it for me even if it’s just to try. They were nice about it all but so many mistakes for a rare experience in First was disappointing and this flight was paid for not miles redemption, even the upgrade.

The flight was delayed in Jhb and I could have had some help in Dubai trying to get to my connecting flight to London

The flight crew was exceptionally good. Personal needs were well met. The food choices were very nice.

Not good. Flight was purchased for my father who needed medical assistance to board and transfer due to a heart condition. No one at Hong Kong from Cathay was there to assist and he barely made the connection. When I talked to him he could barely breath and was not sure he was going to make it. Really poor service even though the ticket stated he needed a wheelchair assistance.

Crew experience was more transnational, seats were so close together (LtoR and FtoB) that it was difficult to enjoy much of anything. When the person in front leaned back, there is no space for me. Sadly it was a flight to be endured not experienced.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

Not impressed with check in desk staff at Vancouver airport. Not a professional mind service and not cared or tried to help. Don’t think I would fly with them again

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

I felt thirsty and asked the flight attendent for water, but no one came for more than half an hour.

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

For a short flight, Qatar Airways offers very good onboard service.

Qatar airways from Doha to guangzhau was excellent big bird Boeing 777 more room and smoothly flight, I Love it

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

The crew was great and the food and liquor offerings were good. Seats were a bit cramped. Flight arrived early at destination. That's a plus.

Very bad. We booked 8 months in advance for 2 people but couldn’t get seats together. Food was so bad I couldn’t even eat.

You're like a poor man's Emirates Airlines. The Asian vegetarian food was awful. The entertainment selection was very limited and not contemporary at all. The seats were cramped. There was no plug for charging my phone (I refuse to plug into a USB port - A security risk). The plane itself was aged.

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

I think Air Canada is the only airline I've flown where they don't give you at least a free cookie.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.

My flight from Victoria was late taking off and then I was rebooked on a new flight from Vancouver to SFO without my knowledge the next day. I actually made it to the gate on time so I could have boarded my flight but Air Canada rebooked me instead. Completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience with no grace from the Air Canada staff. I will not fly Air Canada again

Headphones for the movies have too much bass and can't be adjusted. Almost impossible to hear. Great movie selections but can't really watch them because you can't hear them. Also the system is very slow.

This was the first AC flight in a long time that we experienced no delays or frustrations. The gate attendant was extremely polite and accommodating to my husband who has Parkinson’s disease which made boarding extremely stress free. Flight departed ON TIME and was a smooth ride. If only all my AC experiences could be like this.

I liked that I paid for the bulkhead. That was the only saving grace those seats suck. Why do they pack you in so tight pack you so tight
