Aircraft was late getting to the gate - probably due to weather. We left the gate one hour late and had to wait another hour since we lost our slot in the takeoff queue. Our box was very wet and was falling apart when we got to Clark. It appears that luggage was exposed to weather in TPE while waiting to be loaded. Crew, however, handled the delay well and was able to provide planned service.

I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.

Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed

UA discouraged people to choose seat on economy class by charging about three times of another airlines. For example, ANA will charge USD60 to choose an aisle seat but UA is charging USD 219.

Lucky the weather was perfect as it can be not a great flight if it is stormy

They lost my luggage on the inbound flight and then lost it again on this flight. I called online travel agent to change earlier flight to get a longer layover in Vancouver but ANA denied it

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.

Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp

We did not receive our special meal request (vegetarian). The crew was apologetic but then kept interrupting me at least 6 times to ask to see my email or access the web to show verification. (I did not have internet access while on the plane). They kept asking the same questions and taking down the same information. It became exasperating. I understand these errors occur but the constant questioning was disrupted and only compounded the error.

Flight was on time and the crew was as expected, friendly and respectful. Food could’ve been better though.

The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.

We boarded the plane and were about to take off when we were notified that the tires had to be checked. Upon inspection, they were found to need replacement, so the entire plane had to be deboarded. After we exited the plane, United staff forced us to stay in the gate area by posting "Do Not Exit" signs on the doors connecting the gate area to the terminal. Many of us had already rebooked our flights and had no checked bags, but they told us we could not leave. This seemed inappropriate to hold people under false pretenses. When the agent told us we could leave, I asked them to please take down the "Do Not Exit" signs, as they were misleading. The agent refused, and I told them that it didn't feel right to hold people like that.

Friendly crew, but we were delayed for more than an hour and had to change planes due to maintenance issues.

Prefer not to have an almost 3 hour delay with useless communication that wasn't accurate.

Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

Our flights got changed from United to Air Canada and our purchased seats did not get transferred so we had to pay for seats twice. I brought it up with Air Canada and they stated I had to go back and chase it with United. The united seats were $21 Canadian each and Air Canada were $56 each so we have paid $77 for each seat. Very unhappy

Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.

The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.

Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.

Flight got delayed But satisfied with the pricing of tickets

Air Canada doesn't have the jl most comfortable seats. It wasn't bad it just want what you expect for business class and there are adjusters for that but, they weren't that great.

Flight operated by PAL. We boarded, and one engine started. The crew found some problem that could not be fixed. The flight was canceled. This run from yhz-bos is very unreliable.

Other than flights being cancelled and 3.5 hours late causing missed connections it was ok.

My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak

I would like to review the next flight from Toronto to Fort Myers as it was a disaster!!

Seats too small and too cramped, I have stomach cancer and I threw up after the flight . No advance boarding for disabled people. No aisle seats available for disabled people who have to use the washroom frequently. No space for cabin baggage for disabled people who have to carry bulky medications or equipment to use on the flight. Baggage rules and fees are ridiculous. I have been an aeroplan member for 30 years and I fly frequently, but from now on I will choose offshore carriers. .

No room when you sit. Fell very cramped. Food was only ok. Service was acceptable. Entertainment system was very buggy.

Food hope it make it international not mainly like pilipino food
