Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them
The main person that was coordinating everything was a short white/light skin Spanish man and he was very rude. It honestly made me feel like it was everyone’s First day at work. His announcements were very not reasonable and they did not make sense. The stewardess on the flight that made the announcements she didn’t even know what she was talking about she sounded inebriated. There were no snacks or drinks on our flight there wasn’t even much turbulence. This flight was not enjoyable nor was it what a Delta flight should be and just this past week I flew with Delta 3 times.
Great flight crew, easy boarding, delicious snacks and spacious seats. Love flying delta - worth the price.
Horrible. First delta flight was delayed. I ran to my connecting flight and arrived to the gate 13 mins before departure. I told the gate agent “I’m here”, she told me flight was closed while giving my already confirmed seat to an stand by passenger. I said again “madam, I’m here with my confirmed seat” and she said “no you’re not here@ and gave two stand by people a boarding pass and let them board. I asked “madam, why do you do that?”, and she repeated “you’re not here”. That was very rude. I’m disappointed of delta. It used to have a good customer service. Things have changed, but not for good.

full flihgt but crew and passengers all helped eachother we landed early! however we then had to wait 40 minutes on the tarmac to get into the gate there were people trying get connecting flights, assume its an airport issue but still frustrating
Always on time. This time the flight arrived 30mins early. Easy check in with app as well
I received the two differed meals: chicken and pasta. I asked and I received. I am anti-wasting food!
The crew was horrible. Cleo was the most unwelcoming flight attendant I’ve ever had.

Flight arrived early even after leaving late. Bag drop was a zoo, very slow even after using pre-checkin and airport kiosk.
I had planned to watch the Westjet entertainment for the entire flight however, because the seat mounted outlets in our row did not work.
Not a bad flight but our priority tagged luggage was the very last to come down the carousel.
Westjet delayed then rebooked us on flights for economy class when we paid for business class and now need a refund for fare difference and they aren't getting back to us

Plane had a flat tire, delayed boarding and takeoff but one in the air, smooth. Make sure you have downloaded the WJ app before you leave. When on board, you can watch movies or TV shows offered on the app, it passed the time very quickly.
Our recent flight from edmontown to kahalui was excellent. The service staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, funny and attentive. Thanks to all involved that made or travel such a pleasant experience and we hope to fly with west jet again soon
Plane was late taking off due to there not being enough room in the overhead bins for everyone's carry on luggage. Maybe more people would check in their bags if it didn't cost so much!
Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.

The crew’s attitud was not good, only worried for pilot’s comfort, so I ask myself why do I pay so much for so less. The plane is old and broken. I will rey another airline
That flight was smooth, and staff we courteous. it was a full flight so very tight. The boarding through security was not properly controlled. it was rushed and the scanning process for our bags, etc. was pilling up at the other end with no time to empty our belonging my personal items almost toppled over on the floor if i hadn't caught it rapidly. Was it just that time, or always like this - cant say. other than that all else was fine.
Boarding process was well organized and orderly even though flight was fairly full. Water bottles were provided during boarding which was great as I drink a lot of water. Bathroom was not as clean as it could have been but was acceptable and fairly dry. Food however was mediocre. I have had better food on 2 hour local flights in other countries.
Honestly, best experience I've had with an airline in recent memory. Flight was on time, comfortable seats, snacks and entertainment was top notch.
Wheelchair assistance was not complete. The person left me at the departure gate without informing the groundstaff of my requirements. I had to walk to the departure counter to ask for help to reach the plane door. The crew informed me that in future they were not allowed to help passengers like me, senior citizen and Wheelchair passenger with placing their carry on bags in the overhead compartments!
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.
Delayed flights. Missed connections. Inadequate rebooking timeframes. Incompetent customer service agents. Rather than a 70 minute flight home, I had to drive for 5 hours, arriving home at 4am — epically bad experience with United that I won’t soon forget.

Check in was slow because of passenger ahead in Reserve line. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable.
First time with Porter. Amazing experience overall, will be my airline of choice in North America whenever possible. Liked the quality of food and how it was served but one suggestion- a hot meal on the longer flights, perhaps?
Delayed by 2.5 hours. This happened previously on my flight from YOW to YVR on Dec. 26.2023. This is a terrible airline. The reason was there was lack of ground crew. This is a known event. AVOID PORTER AIRLINES IF YOU CAN. There is a reason half the plane was empty.
The airline arrival at the downtown airport is a big plus.. Food and beverage was excellent. Their non weather related cancellation is horrible. Overall I gave the airline 7 over 10 Tips for people flying porter from Boston. The airline doesn’t have inflight entertainment No TV No WIFI. Bring your entertainment with you.

Wasn’t on the flight- again. Bad weather in Halifax and I was in an accident. What a poor experience to have to pay for all this flight and not be on it
I didn’t make my flight due to poor weather and I had an accident driving there. I tried to get my money back or even credit and nothing. I have an entire flight both to Florida and back that I paid for and no one will give me any money back. I know this isn’t just Porter and it’s 3rd party- however airlines should allow these companies to take money for things they don’t get. I’m so upset. Who can afford a full flight they never take?
Flight Ottawa to Toronto canceled and no crew was available to direct me on what to do. I opened a file and I wait to be compensated.

I had checked in online the day before but was instructed to collect our boarding passes when we arrived. I am not completely comfortable using the automated Kiosks and always enjoy the nostalgia of speaking with someone when checking in for a flight. Upon doing so however, we were immediately asked,"did you check in online already?" To which I replied, "yes, but we were asked to retrieve our boarding passes upon arrival." She then said, "that's what those machines over there are for. We really encourage people to use those." That unfortunately sparked a series of shortness and overall poor behavior in my opinion from the woman who checked us in. I understand it was early in the morning but I am always excited to experience flying and that interaction has unfortunately left a bitter taste in my mouth to the point I will forever now hesitate to book with Porter again. A 2 hour delay because they couldn’t fit some oversized cargo in the small hold doors of an Embraer! Surely they know the sizes before attempting to load it?
The wifi I paid for did not work. The seats are tight.
There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.

The only complaint, and it was a HUGE HASSLE, was the carrier of the flight from Newark to Toronto on flight AC 3711. On my itinerary it stated that the flight was 'Operated by REPUBLIC AIRLINES/UNITED EXPRESS'. Translation: it was a United Airlines flight. Different terminal, which meant frustration with inability to check in at Terminal A, needing to catch a shuttle to Terminal C. I told my friend who was picking me up that I was flying United Airlines. She waited for me at the United Airlines terminal in Toronto, except I arrived at the Air Canada terminal. Very confusing and difficult for all of us. Better communication is needed when other airlines operate Air Canada flights.
I sat in a business class bulkhead row which I paid full price for. I carried on a backpack only, which held my medications and valuables. I placed it in the overhead bin above my head as there is no seat in front of me to put the bag under. The very last person to board had a roller bag, with no more room in the overheads. Rather than inconveniencing someone in coach or a flight crew, the flight attendant (Luis) insisted that my smaller backpack move to an overhead bin several rows behind me (where I had no line of sight to my valuables) to accomodate this last minute straggler. He told me that I paid full price for my seat and not the storage space. Unacceptable.
The plane could not be located at Toronto, leading to signifiant delay. Then when the plane finally was brought to the gate, it was too cold and had to be heated, making further delays.
Flying Business on Air Canada is wonderful. With ultimate destination in US, you get the Lounge. Only problem is there was no lounge in YQB so it had to wait until connector in YUL. Flight itself is only about 30 min like the old DC-NYC shuttle so there was no service other than almonds and the bottle of water that was at your seat upon boarding. Would have been nice to be offered a beverage and there was enough time to do a quick pass for the 16 seats. That and having a lounge in YQB are only complaints, but that's very first world complaint. The FA were cordial and professional if not warm. It was a good flight and I'd do it again. But, word to the wise, it's a very different experience doing border check in YUL than YYZ. Long walk and had to go through full screening (including taking off shoes and having to chuck the bottle I had just gotten not knowing there was going to be a frull screening since there was no warning) at YUL even though never left the terminal after landing. YYZ was just a passport check. This is not A/C's fault, but travelers should be advised/warned in advance so they know what to expect especially since you land and have access tot eh terminal and it's stores and food before you get to border check. If you have mobility issues, the distance can easily be a problem and there is no warning of how long it is until you have reached the end. My mom would not be able to navigate it and someone like her may not be able to stop in the middle of an empty long corridor to ask for mobility help. A sign offering how long (10 Min, etc.) the walk is like at new LGA terminals goes a long way. Also can be stressful if you're tight on time for a connection.
