Cons: Fees, space , training their employees

Cons: Needs to be more clear that you have to pay to bring bag on.

Pros: The seat was comfortable

Cons: I could not get was the flight was delayed.

Pros: Nice crew, loved the complimentary wine!

Cons: Airplane was too warm and made the flight uncomfortable.

Cons: No cookie.

Pros: I liked that they were quick and nice service.

Cons: No games for entertainment.

Pros: It was a short flight but smooth and on time.

Cons: We got delayed, but this was not the fault of the airline. My bags were put on the wrong flight as well

Cons: The cabin pressure gave me such a migraine, I couldn't think

Pros: While i normally fly AA i gave United a try & my flight to Austin was surprisingly comfortable & enjoyable. The trip back was another story. Seated between two very nice but 250lb people who spilled over into my seat. The Entertainment channel was best part of trip and that was uneven.

Cons: Incredibly uncomfortable. Inedible food that I had to pay for was another frustration. We had a 45 min flight delay. At that point food should be gratis. A good opportunity to create loyalty was squandered. Complete lack of awareness about human essentials.

Cons: When I bought the basic economy tickets and it felt like they intentionally on every flight had us in the same row but not next to each other. It was bizarre because in planes with 2 seats on each side they put us one on each side. Then they put us in the middle when there were 3 seats and separated another husband and wife in our same row. I an chose other airlines that seat us next to each other without paying 30$ more per seat per flight. I am a mileage plus card holder too.

Pros: Flight attendant was amazing! She was very nice and it was a good thing to have on the last part of my trip

Pros: The crew was amazing and the flight was fast and smooth. Seating was great

Cons: Nothing needs to be corrected

Pros: Baggage handlers extremely fast

Pros: quick and easy flight

Cons: no entertainment screens at all!

Pros: Cabin crew and entire experience was phenomenal. Cannot recommend Delta more!
