Pros: Very narrow seat

Cons: Got severely delayed. Poor customer service

Cons: The controls for entertainment are on the arm rest so next passenger always hitting volume and channels

Pros: Clean comfortable flight, safe. Nice crew.

Cons: Better snacks!!! More room between seats!!!

Pros: Crew did a good job, even with the long delays.

Cons: Plane was almost 2 hours late getting to LA. Started with the crew needing to clear customs in Vancouver. Delayed by 30 minutes....then the crew preboarded a sick lady and her travel companion. At some point crew decided she should not fly to LA, but the ladies wouldn’t get off plane! 45 minutes later and 4 RCMP show up to escort them off plane. Then we didn’t have any ground crew to get us off loading ramp. Finally got away 90 minutes or more after scheduled departure. Circled LA a few times before getting to land.... long flight with long delays!

Pros: They still give free cookies and friendly staff!

Pros: Boarding went smoothly. We were on time. Attendants were excellently friendly and efficient. That is so nice to not have a grumpy flight attendant. Drinks are ridiculously priced, but I wasn't suprised. Great flight.

Cons: Breakfast could have been offered.

Cons: The comfort seating on this aircraft was not as good as other Deltaflights. No extras or service.

Cons: The seat and area around me on this early morning flight were trashy-- old cups of cheese spread, cracker crumbs, and an empty water bottle.

Pros: Crew was so friendly.

Cons: I hate the trend of not having in flight entertainment and instead needing to stream on your own device. Also I never heard any audio announcements for boarding - maybe that terminal or the Seattle airport doesn’t do them, but it was confusing.

Pros: Nice service deck people and flyt crew. Good clean cabin and seats.

Cons: Biscoff cookies would have been better than the savory cracker mix.

Pros: Friendly helpful crew!

Cons: Honestly nothing. They gate checked my bag for free because it was an extra full flight, and that process made the flight really easy and comfortable. Thanks!

Cons: Freezing in biz class and NO extra blankets. Existing ones too short. No nibbles service either. Pathetic.
