Cons: Better space. Better service. Terrible directions

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.

Cons: It was fabulous as always! Thank you. I love Delta!

Pros: Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs.

Cons: While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️

Cons: The infotainment system was from the 90s

Pros: Everything was great, very little turbulence and the crew was great!

Cons: The only complaint I have are the little little flaps on the head rest. You can adjust them to rest your head unfortunately my wasn’t able to hold my head in place.

Pros: I love the economy plus section. The additional space between rows is much appreciated. The planes are great and the entertainment system is very good. The crew is very nice. The whole experience was very good.

Cons: More movies variety would be great.

Cons: Old Aircraft, no power outlets, small TV displays, picture distorted, low quality LCD, mediocre Entertainment menu

Pros: Entertainment

Cons: Despite one piece of carry on per passenger they run out of overhead space. The boarding process is unbelievably slow. Far too many with no apparent reason to pre-board are allowed to pre-board . Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured.

Pros: Check-in was outstanding.

Pros: That it arrived eventually without crashing

Cons: Boarding. Sitting on a tarmac in hot stuffy plane for 40 min is not why I was looking for

Pros: On time, only one gate change!

Cons: Cheaper. Ran out of food on the incoming flight. Should have planned better
