Cons: On my side crew lady was almost rude, for sure not friendly nor smiling. A lot of space for improvement there.

Pros: Absolutely positively nothing.

Cons: Everything literally!! Plane down for maintenance, rebooked four times and not willing to spend 48 hours in an airport due to incompetence. Never flying American Airlines. Will use Delta from now on.

Cons: Late and then mechanical issues.

Cons: Appreciate the communication from pilot when on tarmac

Pros: Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs.

Cons: While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️

Pros: quick and easy flight

Cons: I don’t like the charge for checked bag. It encourages people to bring too many and too large bags onto the plane.

Cons: the checked luggage took over an hour to arrive at the carousel. ZERO communication. Other flights arrived after ours and all their baggage arrived and they all left while we stood. No information. No explanation. Poor

Pros: This was an older plane with no upgrades including no Internet and the very small poor quality Monitors in the back of the seat in front of each passenger. The seats were very uncomfortable. The transfer in Vancouver after customs involved going outside in the cold to and from the bus. There was no warning. The customs area red jacketed help personnel told us that it was just as fast to go throught the general customs are instead of using our Nexus cards and this turned out to take forever. So very disappointing.

Cons: Better communication at all levels. Remember that the overall strength of a chain is only as strong as its weakest link and this trip had many weak links for us making it a challenge.
