Pros: when you enter Canada and then travel through YVR for another flight it is a total waste. Not the fault of the airline but the way they do things with security

Cons: no food available to be purchased. we left almost 2 hours later than scheduled and were very hungry.

Pros: Head flight attendant who gave all the message was not friendly, rushed through her messages like she was not enjoying herself at her job.

Cons: We left the gate late by 20 minutes only to stand in line with 8 or so other planes waiting to taxi to runway for take off. No explanation was given. However pilot did make up 30 minutes of that time in the air.

Pros: aircraft was new, clean, and with many new amenities that are appreciated - device charging, Internet access. The crew was great.

Cons: The seats are tough after a few hours of siting. Children screamed throughout the flight. To the crews credit, they recognized the issue, and suggested a move to empty seats. However,there was a screaming and coughing child behind these seats also. Perhaps grouping families to a section would help?

Cons: great flight. On time. Seats are the usual but no divider in the underseat area so my little tiny carryon bag slid in easily

Pros: The crew was friendly, and the entertainment choices were pretty good.

Cons: By the time the food service cart reached us in row 28 of about 33 or so, my choices for food and drink were both sold out. It would have been less of a big deal if our earlier flight hadn't been so late that we couldn't grab something to eat before boarding.

Cons: On my side crew lady was almost rude, for sure not friendly nor smiling. A lot of space for improvement there.

Cons: The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired.

Pros: Crew was great and tried to accommodate the best they could

Cons: It was really cold on both flights, they had blankets for only first class and business class. We had an open seat as well next to us and they put a person in the open seat that was drunk and 22. Not cool
