Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Cons: Flight delayed 3 hours, then a seats were very cramped and uncomfortable

Cons: USB outlets at seats, footrests in first class

Pros: Comfort plus seats gave extra leg space.

Cons: Probably more of a Newark airport thing but we were delayed on the runway for over an hour because of drizzle. That is a joke. You can fly in light rain.

Pros: On time clean comfortable flight

Pros: Drinks and snacks were fine.. Entertainment OK

Cons: Flight was 40 mins late. Plane was older than Noah's Ark.

Pros: A very pleasant experience, nice crew.

Cons: Flight was delayed almost an hour. Being that it doesn't arrive in ABQ until almost midnight, a 52 minute delay means I don't get home until almost 2 in the morning. Seats also seem to be kind of narrow on the 737-800. I'm not a big guy, but I am still bumping shoulders through out the flight.

Pros: Crew was very hospitable

Cons: Flight was a little late taking off, so punctuality could have been a little better

Cons: Be on time. Run planes that aren’t constantly breaking down.
