Pros: Everyone was so nice and friendly Loved the snack

Cons: No complaints!!

Cons: I've flown Porter every week for the past 3 months and this was the first bad experience I've had. The flight attendant was the rudest person and treated me with the most disrespect. He should take off two weeks and then quit, has given this great airline a bad reputation.

Pros: Nothing particularly good about this airline.

Cons: Flights are always delayed. You can just look up their average delay and compare it to other airlines. This last time, my flight was 4 hours delayed, which was announced by 30 minutes increments.

Cons: I do not fault the crew at all for the weather or the delays. However, the airline desk was understaffed and did a horrible job of keeping passengers updated with news regarding their flights. I feel bad for the two staffers manning the desk because they had to deal with a deluge of angry people needing alternative flights because of all the cancellations.

Cons: Some crews are not have a nice customer service

Pros: There were only snacks, no setback entertainment

Cons: Add a meal and seatback entertainment

Pros: Great crew made the trip pleasant.

Cons: Aircraft had no WiFi, broken tray table and was pretty worn.

Pros: The whole process from check-in to getting luggage was smooth.

Cons: Food wasn't great. It wasn't terrible either but I've had better.

Cons: Customs was disorganized and we were sent to the back of the line twice. The people working there didn't know what they were doing. Then our flight was delayed 3 separate times, first 2 hours, then another hour, then another hour. The seats on the plane were made for children. Luckily it was only a 1 1/2 hour flight.

Pros: seats were pretty cramped in economy

Cons: Tight cabin on Regional aircraft.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: Do you really need to charge every person to pick their seat?

Pros: The staff at Delta are always friendly and helpful and they were able to squeeze me onto a very full flight.

Cons: No wifi
