Cons: I adore delta! Great airline, I fly delta whenever possible

Pros: Crew was professional and understanding/empathetic given the circumstances. We were delayed 4 hrs.

Cons: While the weather delay was out of everyone’s control and it was obvious the pilot was doing everything he could to get the pale airborne... i feel their could have been better communication from the ground as to our take off time. They kept changing our time and thus we were trapped on the tarmac for 4 hrs. Had we known, some of us could have gotten off the plane and rerouted so as not to miss our connecting flight. We and others were stuck in Atlanta, had t okay for a hotel....and missed a day of vacation....☹️

Pros: Cree was great. The switch from one airplane to another was smooth. Snacks were great selection and enjoyed the WiFi

Cons: The gate person could have put a gate check tag on my wife’s carry-on that she (gate agent) insisted we check at the gate so that we could have collected it at our next destination gate. It had keys and medication in it. The Toronto gate agent just had the worst ’don't give a crap’ attitude that I have seen in a long time.

Pros: Smooth flight!

Pros: The flight attendant in business class was awesome!

Pros: Departed early, landed early! Direct flight.

Cons: Sound at my seat did not work so couldn’t watch a movie. (Well, could watch but not hear). Short flight. Not a problem.

Cons: Luggage costs

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Pros: Crew good! Seats uncomfortable as usual

Cons: Transfer of luggage from one plane to this Victoria flight. Delayed 30 minutes.
