Pros: The flight crew was great, and the flight itself was smooth. The plane was very clean.

Cons: There was an issue that was beyond the control of the ground staff (the ladies and gentlemen at the check-in counter) that resulted in a three hour delay. I think they could have been a little more forthcoming about the whole situation instead of just saying “we’re working on it, safety is our number one concern at Alaska Airlines.” They however give us a voucher for $75 credit toward our next flight with Alaska Airlines, and that notification came through before we had even disembarked at our destination. I appreciate their understanding and willingness to try to make an undesirable situation better. I would fly Alaska Airlines again.

Cons: Flight was perfect no complaints

Pros: My friend was experiencing knee pain and the flight wasn’t full. Alaska Airlines upgraded our seats at no extra charge to give her more knee/leg space to help alleviate her discomfort.

Pros: The crew was good. The problem was our Qantas flight from Auckland New Zealand, to Sydney, Australia, to San Francisco, to Seattle didn't sync with Alaska Air. We arrived in San Francisco after a very long flight. We had gotten our boarding passes in Auckland. When we went to board in SF, there was a glitch and they wouldn't let us board. It took a long time to get that fixed. We missed our flight (with our luggage on it), and had to wait several more hours. Plus Alaska Air had cancelled a flight mid morning and the trickle down result was many people were stuck and waiting on flights. Then we had to wait for a crew to come, then they found something wrong with the plane so had to get in a new plane. It was a long and hard day for everyone.

Cons: I don't know how you sync airline tickets but if they had synced as they were supposed to, none of this would have happened.

Pros: The atl to bwi leg was not great. No inflight entertainment and the aircraft looked old.

Cons: A newer aircraft that doesn't show its age would be nice

Cons: Had no entertainment, asked the attendent, she called simebody, but it didn't help and she didn't bother to come and explain. Food was really bad, undercooked and cold.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Not one of my good experiences with Delta. Two hours delay in the flight

Cons: Information on the flight delay as communication was. at least very poor. Also A 220 was ok but First Class was so so

Pros: good legroom and I am 6 feet tall.

Cons: A hook or something to support your phone so you don't have to hold it when you are watching the in-flight entertainment. they need to clean the plane better.

Cons: The kiosks and digital tickets were not available and we were running to our gate.

Pros: I love Alaska Airlines. My favorite airline to travel on.

Cons: This was the third of the last four flight on Alaska that was delayed by an hour or more. I realize that often weather and other factors make delays on avoidable to my complaint is not a major one however it does cost some inconvenience.

Cons: Plane was unbearably hot for whole flight and smelled like a diaper

Pros: The boarding was great and moved very well. The crew super friendly and helpful.

Cons: More information on how to use the complimentary Wifi in the cabin. I had the app and it helped me but it’s not immediately in front of you so the passenger can decide. You guys offer WiFi in packages and most of the other airlines do not.
