10.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location, beautiful hotel, very clean. Great value and pet friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk service was excellent and when I requested something when housekeeping was closed the item came up within 10 minutes
Cons: The baseball team of teenagers running around the hallway till after 10 pm and then in the morning the same.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great little hotel close to 95 with a gas station across the street from the property. Mini malls close by.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Newly rebuilt.... nice rooms and bathrooms and breakfast in the mornings! Manager and staff very nice and helpful! Nicer than a 2.5 star rating!
Cons: Hot hallways
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A much better than average "off the highway" hotel with a very large room, comfortable king-sized bed with tons of pillows, plush towels, all sorts of soaps and shampoos and even a do-it-yourself waffle station for breakfast. Terrific.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable; Facility was very clean and modern; love the bathroom
Cons: Breakfast service - two guys were slow in refilling the coffee; no cups and cover; food was out and took about ten minutes to cook
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was new, nice, and clean.
Cons: The breakfast could’ve been better..
6.5 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room had mini-fridge for road trip food.
Cons: Lobby was piled high with trash and pizza containers. Breakfast was abominable. Only 3 hard and old oranges - no other fruit. Virtually if not completely out of breakfast items, like regular milk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was nice. The size of the room was nice.
Cons: The hotel was overrun by a little league team. There was little to no supervision, for the kids were running rampant thru the halls and in the lobby. We would have liked to use the pool, but there were so many older kids in it being rough. I came down to the lobby store to get something to help me sleep and it looked like a frat party! The parents of the LL team had table pushed together and playing beer pong! Not what I would have expected for a “family friendly” hotel. It was our first time staying at a La Quinta and it will definitely be the last.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. It was clean and the ambiance was awesome. The staff were friendly except for one incident that happened on one of the nights we were there. The key cards did not work when we tried to open the door one night. Had to go back all the way to the reception to reprogram it. The staff on duty was not apologetic for the inconvenience. Except for the particular staff the rest of them were great and courteous.
Cons: The breakfast though a hot was OK. Could have better with a live cooking station.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing No food left at 7:30, even though we called the desk so inquire if more food would be served. We were told that they would be getting back to us but they never called us back. So upsetting.
Cons: No breakfast Bathroom door would not stay open so we could see a light to go to the bathroom
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Outdoor pool was awesome. Staff was great and very accommodating.

7.5 Good
Pros: The location was conveniently accessible and in an area with plenty of dinning and shopping options. Wanda at the front desk and Samantha at the breakfast lounge more than made up for the facility’s shortcomings. They were both very pleasant and extremely accommodating. Their eagerness to please is a credit to this hotel. BRAVO
Cons: It was dated and our not adequately sound proofed. There was some strange light tapping coming from our room’s ceiling at 6 o’clock in the morning and lots of noise intrusion from a rowdy group of guests occupying the room across from us.

Pros: All around great visit!

Pros: Fruit, the eggs, the coffee and juice, the pastries! The young lady servicing the café was bubbly and polite and extra helpful to us and others. She should get a raise!
Cons: While registering, the attendant said several times that reservation was in my husband's name. I informed him I made the reservation in my name, and I used my credit card to book it. I also gave my own email. He insisted it was in my husband's name. Normally, I would just let the first one go, but when he repeated it two more times, I had to respond. This just wasn't necessary, nor friendly from the first staff member we met.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodated my request for a larger bed when we checked in, the room was spacious with a separate bedroom from the living/kitchen area, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and our room was spotless!
Cons: nothing!
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location and comfortable feel it has. Like having a small snack area to get what you need. Bathroom was roomy and clean. Friendly staff that worked to fix our issues the best they could.
Cons: I needed a large suite for my bridal party and girls to get ready in. I listed this under the notes section when I booked the room. The bed did not seem very big and one of my daughters had slept on the floor. They did bring a blow up mattress in the room which we did use but then it left no room to walk around when getting ready for the wedding. That was the whole point a renting a room because we needed a place to all get ready. It made it very difficult. I also didn't like being charged more than my confirmation said I was being charged. i had to discuss it with the lady at the desk and she had to adjust it. If you can't honor what booking. com offers you should not be part of there offerings. She did fix it but I should not have had to go through all that hassle.
7.5 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfy
Cons: I asked for extra soap the front desk didn’t have any
4.2 Okay
Pros: What breakfeast??
Cons: The place is not clean seems old and dingy
5.4 Okay
Cons: There was a HUGE spotlight right outside the window to the bedroom. There were NO room darking shades - just sheer. Like trying to sleep with a spotlight lighting the entire room all night. NOT.
7.0 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable. The location was very easy to get to from I95 and reasonably close to my destination the next day. There were 3 restaurants in a strip mall next door, and more nearby. Having a full size refrigerator was very helpful.
Cons: I reserved a non-smoking room, but when we checked in, only a smoking room was available. The smell wasn't too bad because we could open a window and it wasn't too cold outside. My eyes did get irritated. The mgr gave us some free snacks..helped a bit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: There was no breakfast
Cons: Automated coffee machine in the lobby needs to be cleaned - There was a film of some sort in the bottom of his cup after drinking and he felt sick to his stomach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was welcoming, the bed was relaxing. I didn't eat breakfast there, but, I'm sure it was delicious. The location is gorgeous as well. Love it, will definitely be returning in the near future.

Cons: I liked everything.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was great with awesome showers, sinks, tile, etc. The rooms have been remodeled and are fresh and clean. The staff was helpful. Parking was good and the location is easy to find. I would recommend it.
Cons: The bed could have been a little softer but not everyone would agree. It just depends what kind of bed that you like. Otherwise, I liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean friendly staff
Cons: No complaints
1.0 Poor
Pros: We used to be okay with this hotel because the prices are decent, the location is decent, and the staff treated us well. However, this time we had a terrible experience and have been treated even worse while attempting to have it resolved
Cons: We were lied to by a staff member and fraudulently charged twice for one of our rooms. staff is not resolving the issue for us. We will never stay at another candle wood if this is how they treat their customers.

Pros: Easy access to my room. The free breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: They provided pool towels outside of the pool.
Cons: My lock on my room was busted. My room key didn't work. The police had to come to the property because someone threw a dog out of their car right in front of the hotel. The maid service was extremely loud in the morning.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The Days Inn experience is inexpensive and designed to stay that way.
Cons: Days Inn is basically a motel, and you get what you pay for, which is a stripped-down, low-budget, no-frills experience. The bed, room and bathroom all were adequate and functional, and the free breakfast was free and not a treat. There wasn't a lot of added value for the money, especially given the competing motels around the area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was good
Cons: 1st I reserved a king size room and received a double room. When advising front desk I was told that booking.com does not check with hotel to see if room is available. Then pillows were couch pillows. There were no actual pillows

7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast is always good
Cons: 2 double beds instead of the king bed we ordered
4.6 Okay
Pros: The hotel was very close to our main reason for being there.
Cons: The parking lot was terrible. The lobby very small offered breakfast but only I table and 4 chairs so you couldn't sit there and not much to offer. The doors on the rooms did not close easily needed to push hard to get it to close and didn't feel safe.
7.9 Good
Pros: The continental breakfast
Cons: The pool should open up earlier
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room smelled musty and old. Cigarette smoke was coming in from another room, so much so that the next morning our clothes reeked of smoke. Carpet was old and dirty. Bathroom was old and unpleasant. We moved to another hotel.

Pros: The hotel was close to where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable. The size of the room was good. I liked the full size refrigerator, as opposed to a mini fridge.
Cons: Breakfast. Oatmeal, granola bars and muffins were the only items offered. The muffins ran out quickly. The bathroom could have used a better cleaning. There was a left over used bar of soap in the shower stall, and the shower curtain smelled.

Pros: Convenient location at excellent price
Cons: Unclean shower curtain
4.2 Okay
Pros: Cleaning staff were very friendly
Cons: Our non smoking rooms smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We told the front desk and they gave us some Febreze. There was a short curly hair in the shower when we arrived. The rooms were dated and well-worn. There was a bag of trash left in the hallway when we checked in one afternoon and it was still there when we checked out the next day. I'd expect for less than $100/night in the area it was located rather than $140/night.

Pros: Nice staff and hotel guest very friendly
Cons: LOCATION DARK,Walking my dog outside it didn't seem like it was a safe area very DARK and no security guard like other hotels I have stayed at unless because it was a WEEKDAY other than that it was fine just noticed walking my dog outside there's not a lot of places to walk that seem safe anymore that's not the hotel's fault
