Long line to pick up at 7-8pm on a Thursday but the workers were respectful and efficient. I do wish that the airport had better signage about how to access to the ACE shuttle but no real complaints about the process of renting the car. Would use this company again.Reviewed 2 Oct. 2023

I never got to use the rental because it was closed so I could not pick up the car! There is no shuttle from the car rental center from the airport. So you need to setup a separate Uber to the car rental place. It was very confusing and frustrating because we needed to truck around a bunch of luggage I wouldn't normally need to do with other car rental place. Definitely do not recommend. Our flight was delayed two hours and when we arrived at the rental car facility they said that we were too late and they couldn’t give us the car we booked over a month in advance. Finally after some back and forth they gave us the car we originally requested. This experience made things stressful. Additionally, they charged my card an extra $200, which they said would be returned to my card within 1 to 2 business days at the end of the rental. We are now on day 4 and the money hasn’t been returned which means I will now have to call Ace to check why my money hasn’t been returned yet. (Upon check out, my car was returned in “perfect condition”. I would not use the company again.Reviewed 28 Sep. 2023

Taking a metro connector to the off airport site to catch a shuttle bus to Ace was unusually long; however, the driver sing a some for us which made the trip pleasant. I was scheduled to get a compact car, plus I modified my arrival time, but it was not change, so the compact car was given to another customer. The only car available was a van, so I took it for the same rate. Great and exciting experience. Customer service was via video and it was efficient.Reviewed 26 Sep. 2023
