Pros: Thoughtful crew.

Cons: More comfortable seat.

Pros: Not much. Cheese plate was ok.

Cons: Felt like a sardine. Knees were up against the seat I front fighting for elbow space with person in the middle. Worse seating than Ryanair in Europe.

Pros: Nice plane , comfortable

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Cons: Flight was delayed and took another 45 min to leave once boarding was complete

Cons: Flight was delayed. Staff were rude, slow and uninterested to help. Boarding was very slow, overhead was full. Baggage pickup was excessively slow. Overall a very poor experience with WestJet

Pros: The ticket price was great. The crew were nice.

Cons: There is no monitor in front of you/in-plane, so bring your own tablet

Pros: The price of the ticket was great.

Cons: The flight was crowded, no overhead bin space from passengers putting coats and jackets in the bin instead of under their seats. I was in the middle seat between two large men breathing down on me while they slept. It was a nightmare. On a flight that long the seats shouldn’t be that close in proximity nor should larger passengers be allowed to sit in seats too small for their body type. That’s not discrimination that’s logical.

Pros: Late departure due to an incompetent airport crew (the guys who fuel the plane) . The pilot keep us well informed about the delay. Since we left Vancouver late, we arrived late and had to sit on the runway for 30 minutes until we could get a gate at LAX. Again the pilot keep us informed and apologized for the inconvenience, The staff was very friendly.

Cons: They overbooked. Almost didnt get one

Pros: I have never flown Air Canada before and it was one of the best airlines I have ever flown! Entertainment was great! The outlets were clutch. I got a sandwich and it was really delicious !

Cons: I didn't find anything I didn't like!

Cons: The only challenge for me was they couldn't take my form of payment on the plane for some food so I was out of luck. I had a Mastercard debit from the states. It is also a loss of revenue for you guys as well. They couldn't take the apple pay from the passenger next to me either. I know it's a lot of systems to update
