Great check in, tough to find but was able to get ahold of someone who sent a van to pick us up. The car was basic and ran fine, def got the job done. What was disappointing was not being told about a cleaning fee, if we knew this in advance we could have easily vacuumed as the car, as the car wasn’t really dirty at all but could have used a vacuum, the charge was originally quoted as $100 but once the other individual checked the charge was $50. Again, a cleaning fee is fine but should have been communicated before taking the car for the week. Everything else was fine, the insurance coverage is very expensive.Reviewed 1 Dec 2024

The internet site would not let me put in the correct return date it automatically went 2 extra days and made it a one week rental when I went to pickup the car I advised them that it would be returned 2 days early at that point my rental fees went up $400, I ended up canceling the car, then had to walk over to the rental car area at the airport and start over, I will never use Advantage againReviewed 17 Nov 2024

Poor experience. Went there and they said since you are international from Canada you need to buy full coverage and have to pay additional $56 of insurance. I said I have my own insurance. They said they don’t care. I have rented from Las Vegas before and this is predatory practice. They were trying hard to sell the add ons and were misleading. They stated “so you want to bring the car back on empty” or “so you want limited coverage or full coverage”. Never giving the option of returning it with a full tank of gas or no coverage. It felt like it was a trap.Reviewed 7 Nov 2024

They did not have the car I rented , and when I said to the front desk they needed to give me a car, she threatened to cancel my reservation instead- that she did not need to give us a car. That is not how you treat customers! The rest of the experience was good.Reviewed 28 Oct 2024
