10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location & Service are the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic place ! Great host , went above and beyond for us . Lovely beaches , on 1 minute from rooms . Exceptionally clean . Local transportation only 5 minute walk away Thanks so much , we had such a great stay and will totally be back !
Cons: Nothing !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I cannot say enough positive about this great accommodation - Especially the owner, was very accommodating and helpful - Even treated me with a couple of free Coca Cola`. Though it is very remote and everything was shut down for winter, you can really relax in quiet surroundings, enjoy the beautiful beaches (one on each side of the resort), hike the rural and beautiful mountains and nearby beaches. I shall come again.
Cons: Everything is perfect but If traveling during off season, be sure to bring what you need from Tinos Town - If you forget, there shall be a bus (though only leaving nearby the resort twice per day) - I even had a lift with the owner to town to make my shopping.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: An amazing resort with two beautiful quiet beaches just right out of the apartment. The apartment was great, clean and well equipt with everything you need and view to the beach. The manager was wonderful, very helpful and kind. Highly recommended! The resort is about 10 minutes drive from the city, its good if you want some quiet, but you'll need a car or taxi.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner. Perfect quiet location facing 2 nice beaches. In low season there were not many sunbeds available - we think that's a good thing. I can't see the place getting too crowded even in the summer. The apartment was basic but spacious and we had everything we needed. Not too far from the city and there are buses - less regular in low season.
Cons: Not the hotel's fault but there us only one tiny expensive shop, no bakery and in low season there was only 2 restaurants open. So you really need to get a car. Cleaning could be slightly improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We experienced pure courteous hospitality and a friendly atmosphere during our stay at Nostos. Clean and easy apartments well located close to beaches and a bus Station. Good Hotel for relaxing days. Thank you!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely stunning position: not far from the port and near some of the most beautiful beaches on the island Clean Comfortable Extremely nice staff
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Antonio is super nice and kind, showing great hospitality. He helps with everything, gives a ride to the center if needed. The hotel is by a perfect sandy beach. There are two beaches to choose from. If one is wavy, the other can be chosen to swim. There is a mini market at walking distance and a few local restaurants around.

6.7 Good
Pros: The communal areas were pretty. A nice pool and a beautiful view. The standard of cleaning was very high.
Cons: The room was very tired. We had a small kitchenette, but it was not inviting at all. A reason we chose the hotel was because there were shower doors in the bathrooms as opposed to the curtains. However, the shower door did not close, so the bathroom still ended up as a swimming pool. The breakfast was disappointing. Little choice, so we ended up going elsewhere.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quiet place, idyllic atmosphere, good communication with Chora (bus every hour), friendly and discreet service, tasty breakfasts, especially self-made jams. Big, cleen pool. Large and very clean bungalow ( cleant every day).
Cons: Too hard mattres on the bed. Hotel situated quaiet high, car required or good physical condition. Not many restaurants in the area.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was an excellent place. The room was cosy with plenty of room for a couple. Very spacious bathroom. Very nice pool area with a magnificent view. The beach was really close. Many parking slots in the hotel. Friendly and helpfull personel.
Cons: Nice breakfast but could offer some twists in a daily matter.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing I loved the rooms the beds the furniture everything
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was perfectly clean and tidy. Every day we were given a basket with a "supermarket cake" a fruit juice bottle (not so good :/), 2 toasts with a slice of cheese and one of ham, many small marmalades, honey, butter, small "toasted bread" and 2 boiled eggs. There is a restaurant incorporated with the room's building which serves very good meat plates. The place also has a full playground for children and even though there were many we weren't bothered by them (also because of decent soundproofing). There is a very small grocery store/supermarket with the essentials at 5 minutes waking distance.
Cons: First of all the Wi-Fi was EXTREMELY slow don't expect to watch videos or load images. The staff didn't explain anything about the room or the island, they just gave us the room key and led us there. The room conditioner didn't work and when I told them they told me to try again with the doors closed and I had to go back up to try on my own (if there is a particular way of turning it on show me instead of just letting me try again). The staff was totally useless in that regard. The only staff that helped us understand how the room electricity (had to put the key holder in a slot next to the door which worked only in a certain position)and conditioner (which in the second room had a remote that was totally worn out) was the cleaning lady which only spoke Greek and was more useful than the whole rest of the staff. The conditioner was then difficult to configure and noisy in certain configurations. The kitchen lacked some main tools like a cutting board and cutting knives, the kitchen fan and light didn't work. The bathroom door would continuously bang due to the wind if closed (even with all doors and windows closed). The shower doesn't have a high mount, therefore you have to hold the shower head by hand. The window-door to the balcony touched the ground and was very had to open/close and made a terrible sound while doing so. Since the balcony was exposed to the strong winds it was rarely used. There is no comfortable socket for the kitchen tools like electric kettle and toaster, therefore I had to use a "bag holder" as a surface to place them. The beach is relatively far (5-10 minutes walk) and there is no good way of getting there since the road doesn't have a sidewalk and plants grow on the sides of it.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly, lovely room and the restaurant was fabulous, great food.
Cons: Slightly weird not having a reception as such, was never sure where to go! But the staff were helpful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartment, location, room, bed, food, beach - everything about it was superb. The apartments are owned and run by a lovely local family who were extremely welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
Cons: I am struggling to think of anything here, at a stretch, maybe a broom on the terrace would have been useful to avoid treading sand into the apartment. But that is about as nit-picky as I can get!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, very nice beach just below, great breakfast and, in general, amazing food ....best moussaka ever!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb. Friendly, helpful. Attention to detail very Impressive. Breakfast choice and availability excellent. Set the standard for others.
Cons: Nothing. The strong winds were a nuisance but hardly the fault of the 'resort'.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff are so friendly and helpful!!! Ioulianos, Symeon and Isidoros, thank you! Your smiles were contagious!
Cons: It can get very, very windy in Tinos. The property's location gets the full impact of the wind.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful property with a stunning view. But the best about Porto Raphael is its manager Ioulianos, who met us as we were parking the car, gave us incredible recommendations about Tinos island, catered to all our needs. The rooms are comfortable, well thought and well equipped.
Cons: You can't have full dark rooms. There are small windows that still bring some light from outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Greece is know for its contributions to civilization. However, the Island of Tinos and in particular offers a a new level of hospitality everywhere and in particular at the Porto Raphael. The must place to reside on the Tinos - 5 STARS
Cons: Does NOT APPLY❗️
9.0 Excellent
Pros: A large, lovely room with magnificent sea view. Could not have asked for better. A very good restaurant, excellent breakfasts and interesting dining menu, food of a high standard. Very helpful and friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel located near a very nice beach. The rooms are extremely clean. The terrace overlooking the sea was a big plus. The personnel is really helpful. Very good breakfast. We would definitely come back.

7.5 Good
Pros: Great hotel with great views. Staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Always looked foreword to breakfast every day.
Cons: Bathrooms are a little dated. Food and alcohol is extortionately expensive and the quality of the room service food was very poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - perfect location - great service - walking distance to Nammos and Scorpios - great bar - great pools with breathtaking views - bus stop few steps away - comfortable transportation - very nice breakfast with amazing views - taxi boat to paradise or Elia beach just few steps away - few good local Greek restaurants around the corner too In summary - I will definitely comeback and I can recommend this lovely boutique hotel!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful setting right on the water and in the middle of two beaches. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The minibar was very expensive though.
Cons: Nothing about the properties itself, just that we went on 20th October and it is the end of their season, so not a lot was open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nissaki is so good that we made a decision to stay one more night. And it was a great decision. Next hotel did not stand to our expectations after Nissaki.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The Location is amazing, the pool side just fantastic
Cons: The restaurant need to improve to keep up with the standard of the hotel overall
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I loved the scenic views; the property is located on a hill and you have incredible views of the sea and mountainside. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good too. The cocktails were delicious.
Cons: Not a fault of the property, but there were an annoying amount of tiny little flies due to the humidity. Like I said not a fault of the property at all, it was just irritating as every 5 secs I was trying to get rid of them.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location : near the beach with very good view The staff were very friendly & helpful The complementary transfer from/to the port & the airport
Cons: The room not fully insulated , you can hear lots of noises from the other rooms Drinking water is not provided in a daily basis like other hotels

Pros: Location to the beach and club, its perfect
Cons: First night I found hair all over in my room, was not cleaned properly but seemed like 2nd n 3rd day room was lot more cleaner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the reviews here were not so good and i was worried. It was so diffrent. We had clean bright nice room. If i would have known its like that i would have stayed there the whole vacation and not book other places beforehand. We had a great . time
4.8 Okay
Pros: Water view rooms were newer and clean last year. On the beach, good location, many bars and restaurants to choose from.
Cons: Do yourself a favor, make sure you get one of the newer rooms with the water view. That's what we had last year, it was clean and acceptable. The older rooms are HORRIBLE and that's what we got stuck with this year. If the newer, upgraded rooms aren't available, just don't take the risk. When we arrived, our room this year had water on the floor of the bathroom from the toilet, there was mold in the bathroom, and the plumbing is so old the sewer gases come up the floor drain so your room smells like you know what. They told us they had no other room available. We covered the floor drain and bought a ton of candles to make it smell acceptable, and put several towels down and walked on wet towels for a couple nights. Will never stay in one of these rooms again. Disgusting.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Could do better with better blankets.
7.1 Good
Pros: Offers a good beach and party experience.
Cons: Breakfast was disappointing.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: beautiful, pampering hotel. great friendly service. short walking distance from great beaches wonderful breakfast
Cons: needs vehicle/transport to get to Chora.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast had a large selection to choose from. The staff were possibly the highlight of the overall hotel experience as they were all so incredibly kind, attentive and friendly. The cocktails were great and most of the food was of a high standard.
Cons: Although the breakfast selection was large, I personally did not always enjoy what was on offer. On one day I requested an Eggs Benedict but the staff said they did not have the ingredients to make it which came as a surprise as I would have expected a 5 star hotel that was serving food containing all the ingredients required to be able to make this fairly universally popular breakfast. Despite this I cannot complain as the staff were great and I am sure most guests enjoyed the selection on offer at breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Thanos is very ok !

Pros: Best Breakfast buffet around, top notch! location was lovely, close enough to get around but not to close to be annoyed with noise from the beach. Staff were incredible, and make us feel right at home. shuttle service from/ to airport was appreciated and very speedy
Cons: Not much really. we'll be going back as soon as it's summer season again next year!!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location. Nice pool at the sister property a few metres from our hotel overlooking the beach. Really attentive staff. We got an upgrade to a family room which was very nice. Fabulous breakfast. Best we had in Greece! Christina at the front reception was extremely helpful. 5 stars for the staff
Cons: We were on the top floor and the wifi was very inconsistent particularly in one of the bedrooms. The wifi was very good in the public areas though.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is premier- right on the beach. The pool area is nice, and the service was very good. The hotel also transports to port and airport for free. The facilities are really above average.
Cons: They need new mattresses. They were rock hard and we could not sleep. The bathrooms were small but updated.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent as was the opportunity to use the sister property pool. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The customer service at reception. One lady was lovely, along with the male staff, however the main receptionist did not make you feel welcome, smile or say anything nice or welcoming. You felt like you were a nuisance asking questions.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location, clean
Cons: Horrible wifi, extremely tiny bathroom, rooms not soundproof you can hear your neighbors and ppl walking outside your room clearly.
7.5 Good
Cons: Lack of communication with the staff which created misunderstandings between the staff and visitors. Two women at the counter was not at all pleasant to deal with at all and caused a fuss. They were not very professional.
6.7 Good
Pros: Great Location: The hotel is just a minute walk to the beach and the bus stop to the Mykonos town is right in front of the hotel entrance. A small store is located across the street and you can get all what you need such as water, after sun gel, snacks or beers. Great Breakfast buffet: We enjoyed our breakfast buffet in an open and airy ocean-view restaurant inside the hotel. The servers are very nice and attentive. It's a buffet style with all the fresh Greek tastes. The fresh squeezed Orange juice and freshly baked breads were our favorites.
Cons: Stay Away from their Family Suites in the summer time! We stayed at their family suites which is a L-shaped two separated small areas. The first tiny area is filled with two full size beds with individual A/C. The back side tiny area is filled with a Queen size bed with no A/C. Because of its L-shaped layout, the cool air won't reach into the back side area even if you put the A/C all the way high to extremely cold for the front area. We asked for a fan to make our stay comfortable enough to sleep but they told us that they didn't have any fan. Allow extra time to schedule for a shuttle service to ferry terminal: We reserved a shuttle service at 9:00 am for our ferry ride and even re-confirmed with the front desk in the morning on the day. We ended up waiting for over 45 minutes and it was 9:55 am by the time when we left the hotel. We got frustrated as the front desk lady was not very helpful but just telling us that there was nothing she could do to help us. The driver was nice and told us that there were usually two drivers working but he was only one driver for the day. They could have told us ahead of the time if they already knew the situations so that we could arrange a taxi instead of relying on the hotel shuttle service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect it wasn't far from the citi center and had a beautiful beach
Cons: The wifi wasn't the best it was very slow it could have been because we were on the bottom floor
3.4 Mediocre
Cons: The room was shabby, dirty and worn. The shuttle pickup was 45 minutes late, even though we had received email confirmation of date and time the day before. The staff was not very helpful or friendly. I definitely feel mislead by Kayak's positive description of this property and will be seeking a refund.
6.3 Good
Pros: Location as it's very close to the beach
Cons: Room was bit dull and too enclosed. 2 single beds for a couple not good enough

Pros: The location is amazing. The staff is friendly. Every thing you could possibly want.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, so friendly and welcomed you with all the information required about the area. Everyone always said hello when you walked past and were smiling. The hotel was amazing, even better than the pictures posted on websites. If you don't want to be in the madness of Mykonos town (It's only 10 minutes away on a bus and we walked it one day) and also want a beach them this is the ideal place for you.
Cons: My only dislike was the fridge in the room, great idea but ours was really noisy during the night and woke us up a few times.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds with lovely spacious room. Beach towels supplied and Netflix as a bonus in the room. Excellent service!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, great staff, great location.
Cons: The bed area too soft.
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to the beach. Nice staff. Great view of the Aegean Sea. Breakfast was great.
Cons: The room furnishings are sparse. A couple of nice easy chairs in the room would be great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The George is a very nice hotel and the staff were also great. From airport pick-up by Kostas until we left we felt very well attended by the staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed really comfortable rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels breakfast great
Cons: Maybe tea and coffee facilities in bedrooms
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location with a lovely view, near a handful of beautiful beaches and the bus stop for a quick ride in to town. Everything was very clean, staff friendly and good options for included breakfast.
Cons: It was very windy on our last evening and there was quite a ruckus on the roof above us, causing lack of sleep before a long day of travel home to Canada.

5.8 Okay
Pros: We liked the layout of the room and the location was across the street from the beach - however we ended up walking to Paraga beach which was about 10 min away and a lot nicer. The pool areas were nice and room service was convenient. The front desk staff was informative and friendly.
Cons: The “beach” area for tropicana is trashy and you don’t even get any perks as a guest of the hotel to go to the “tropicana beach” area. It’s basically a public beach with the option of purchasing a sunbed. As a guest of the hotel you pay the same price for a sunbed as the regular public. We stayed in 7 other hotels and this was the only hotel with an affiliate beach that didn’t offer at least a discount to their own own guests. The beach party also goes until late into the night and you can hear the music until 1:30-2AM which was disruptive to our sleep. Also the comforter that was folded in the wardrobe literally had dried vomit on it which was absolutely disgusting. Hotel definitely lacked cleanliness.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach.
Cons: The double bed was two singles together, leaving a very uncomfortable hole in the middle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: - great location, - facilities, - cheap scooter rental, - good drinks, - extremely friendly and helpful staff, - swimming pools,
Cons: - very average food, - bed could be more comfortable,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the accommodation, the club parties, the sea, the staff... Everything was more than perfect! The hotel was gorgeous, everybody was so helpfull and kind! The bar at the lobby and the food was also perfect! They fulfilled all our expectations to the highest level! We loved it and totally coming back!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful property and great service from the staff. We stayed at the suites part of the property and our room was excellent, as well as the free golf cart to take us around whenever we pleased. Pickup to and from the airport was smooth and efficient. The bus stop to Mykonos town is just outside the Tropicana property and a cheap (1.80 EUR) and quick (~20 mins) ride to the town. Tropicana beach is party central but the town is beautiful and charming to walk through and explore.
Cons: Food at the hotel was just alright- yogurt and pizza were good but everything else subpar. Mykonos is incredibly windy! So it was too cold to swim in the pools in September. Even though we stayed at the suites we still had to pay for a chair at the beach (but everything at the pool was free).
6.0 Good
Pros: Location is good. close to beaches. Free 15 minutes massages for guest to try their massage services. Restaurant is excellent.
Cons: But our room has only balcony door and no window. At night we must close the balcony door because of mosqito and the no fresh air during sleeping.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful view, tidy and modern room, delicious and good quality food, relaxing pool area, and of course very friendly, helpful and amazing staff that made our holidays very pleasant!! ☺️
Cons: We love everything!!!

Pros: Beautiful hotel, extremelly kind staff! We enjoyed this experience just by the beach a lot!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The beach was just a few steps from the breakfast terrace. Variety of restaurants around. Beach chairs and umbrella were free. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and AC unit cooled quickly. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons: The WiFi was incredibly slow and spotty. Very frustrating. Rooms were small but efficient. Shower was a bit sketchy...old and outdated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This would have to be the best place we stayed at in Europe. The staff are all so nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. In my opinion it is the best beach on the island to stay at. I highly recommend the beach view rooms, it's an amazing view to wake up to every morning. The buffet breakfast every morning was really good too, and if you stay at the hotel you get sunbeds on the beach provided which is very good too, just make sure to get out there early to claim one on peak season. A bus stop is located right outside the hotel which can take you to most places on the island for only around 1.80 euro I think. Very handy.
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The view, breakfast, free beach chairs and overall value for our stay!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Airport pickup and Ferry drop off were exceptional. Very good breakfast.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel experience was pretty nice. Most of all we liked the bay and the beach. The water in the sea was crystal-clear! The location of the hotel is also good, you can stroll along the coast and get to another bays on foot. There is also a bus stop, just around the corner, and you can get to Mykonos town very easily. By the way, it was nice that we were allowed to have a late check-out absolutely for free because it was the last working day of the hotel. And of course we loved the hotel's cat :)
Cons: Sometimes some dishes were not regularly filled on breakfasts.

6.5 Good
Pros: Beach access was wonderful. Staff at pool / beach were lovely. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: I know Mykonos is expensive but I booked a Classic room for the Seaview and there was no Seaview at all unless I hung off the balcony. Bathroom sink was in the middle of the room. Outrageously expensive for the quality of room. Food was truly awful compared to the other hotels where we stayed - flavourless, poorly presented and expensive. Worst coffee I’ve ever tasted in 26 countries.
5.4 Okay
Pros: the location, quality of the food.
Cons: he staff failed to deal with a rowdy, out of control group who made the lives of some of the guests a misery.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location of this property. It is a 3 minute walk to many beach clubs. Very clean property and the pool area is stunning. Good breakfast buffet and the views from the pool area are amazing.
Cons: The "beach" area is down a very steep set of stairs, and the only way to access the water is by ladder. I also thought the pool waitresses and waiters treated us a different way because of the color of our skin.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous breakfast! Good location. Loved the private beach.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was awesome. The views from our room and also the pool area and the restaurant were fantastic. Staff were also all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Cons: Nothing that the hotel can do about this I don't believe but the yachts/boats that were moored right next to the hotel were sometimes quite anti-social with tying ropes up where they pleased and mooring really close to the hotel playing their own loud music etc. A bit irritating sometimes
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the property was superb! The location, the facilities, the pool and private beach area, the location next to a large public beach with an assortment of restaurants, and the access to Mykonos Town via the public bus (15 minutes and €1.80 per person)
Cons: Nothing! Everything was superb!

Pros: Airport pick-up service included in the price is definitely a plus, good hotel location breakfast is good and the attention of all the staff is nice Good recommendations the room is clean let us check in earlier good value for money in Mykonos
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service. Location. Facilities. Cleanliness. Two days before we arrived we had received an email ensuring we had a transfer organised and fortunately we did not and they handled everything. Upon arrival and being welcomed by the most courteous or staff member we sat with the concierge for 10 minutes and he had resources upon resources to ensure your stay was as they say "an amazing stay". The beach was less than 20meteres from the door and the pool directly near it too. Sun lounges looking out to the sea was ideal and the views are something else. 5mins out of town which is preferred as you can really sit back and relax.
Cons: We didn't want to come home !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was really great... Manos is a soul of hotel... He has answer on every question, he was very helpful. We will back, I am sure...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The attention of the staff of the hotel was amazing, Manos, Dimitri & Xantos, treat us sooo kindly and help us in any possible way. We had a wonderful stay and will definitly come back... Is a fantastic place to stay in Mykonos. Beautiful beach and location... Everything was great and beyond, 100% recommended!!
Cons: Nothing, everything perfect!
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the tastefully decor of our room; we had a first floor pool view. The bathroom was large and equally good to look at. The breakfast buffet was great - lots to choose from e.g. cooked food, cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, cold meats and cheeses. It's location on the beach was ideal - in addition to a few bars and restaurants, the hotel is a short walk from the bus stop to take you to Mykonos Town.
Cons: The concierge was really nice, but a little bit 'full on' at our check in to the hotel - gave us a longer than necessary sales pitch about booking excursions, pricing of the beach beds...not warranted at that moment in time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location right on Platis Gialis beach was amazing. We really enjoyed being right on the beach and in close proximity to a several great beaches, restaurants, and the bus stop. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons: It would have been a 10 if the hotel had its own space on the beach and the pool got a little more sun. This would not stop me from staying again!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was gorgeous, the bathroom was immaculate. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, they upgraded us due to bad weather and our stay being only one night.
Cons: The air conditioning wasn't too cooperative in our room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved this location. The staff is AMAZING! Everyone! Santos was very kind as well. He took extra care of me and made me feel welcomed like I was home.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: the bathroom the room
6.7 Good
Pros: The breakfast and the waiter at breakfast were excellent. The location on the beach, proximity to the bus stop and the local restaurants (Yialos Yialos and Blue Myth) were excellent. The concierge was very helpful for understanding where to go in town.
Cons: The front desk staff was rude and went out of their way to not be helpful. The pick up time for our transfer was incorrect, even though our email correspondence had the correct time. This caused for a lot of confusion in the morning. When we cleared it up, they did not make me feel like it was ok, as if I had made a mistake, but I had the email correspondence in front of me.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant
Cons: The room was terrible. Loud, noisy, small. Pool beds were disgusting. No free beach chairs we had to pay which is ridiculous. Terrible value for money. I will never stay here again not sure who is running this place but it was awful
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Over priced for the size and quality of the room. Breakfast was uninspired for a four star hotel.restaurant was also of poor quality. Windows and doors in the room rattled in the wind beach chairs were additional expenses. Unacceptable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff here are AMAZING. So kind, helpful, and fun. Loved them.
Cons: Room was simple. Utilitarian - but very clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It's a great beachfront hotel, with really friendly staff and good sized rooms.
Cons: Depending on which room you book, you may not be able to use the beach beds for free which surprised us.

Pros: Pool Area
Cons: The bedhead has dust coating it and the shower had bugs from the wooden roof above. Would not return! The reception when I arrived were lovely although after a change in staff the quality changed. The guide in the room said 24 room service, when I called I was told to come to reception and order, upon arriving she said they are closed. To then top it off I had repeated calls to my room at 12am (before a morning flight) which woke me up asking if a power adapter had been left in my room from someone prior. This was beyond rude, you would think if I didn’t answer the first time I was asleep or unavailable.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: great staff, great location, nice pool area. great value
Cons: breakfast is average, rooms are ok, nothing special, but clean. internet not in the room.
7.1 Good
Pros: From day one till the last minute of our stay the staff were very helpful extremely polite with great customer service. The pool is amazing one of the best one we've used. The breakfast was every day so fresh and tasty
Cons: The only thing that wasn't great was the room The mattress was quite worn and need replacement The bathroom has a bad smell in mould

6.7 Good
Pros: The communal areas were pretty.
