8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful from start to finish. The food in the restaurant was much better than I'd anticipated. The location really is ski in and out, so perfect.
Cons: The twin rooms are small and need a lot more hooks and places to hang clothes. Small issue overall but made it difficult when coming in with wet ski clothes to work out where to put them all to dry.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic ski in/ski out location. Extremely helpful & friendly staff. Very comfortable chalets. Great family ski holiday accommodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location of the Chalets for ski in/out was great. We were a group of mixed level skiers and we were all able to come and go as we wished. The half board was brilliant. The food was much better then we would have expected.
Cons: The beds were a bit hard and the bedrooms were on the small size.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Too far to walk into town.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is located in the Les Arcs 1800, right next to the Charmettoger chairlift, so really ski-in and out, perfect location with great views of the slopes and the mountains (including the Aiguille Grive). It is fairly new, and has an open, spacious, modern, fresh look whilst using traditional materials. It features classical hotel rooms as well as chalets for 8 to 12 people. The chalets are stunning, each room with en-suite bathroom. Since we travelled as a couple, we stayed in a hotel room. It was well appointed, with a nice terras, a very large and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was not huge, but comfortable enough. What we really liked is that the ski storage is almost right across the room, as well as a sauna - this means you can ski in, drop off your ski's, and be in the sauna in minutes - bathrobes and slippers (good ones) are provided for free. The staff is fantastic, and give the place a very personal feel. Julie, the manager, is a hyperactive and very dedicated host, always around, helpful and personal. Fabian, the restaurant manager, is always around as well, has great stories to tell, loves to help you with almost everything, and really knows his wine cellar - do ask for his suggestions ! His restaurant staff are always smiling - we have never seen them grumpy or not helpful. And the kitchen is excellent ! The Chef has been around for many years, and we really enjoyed our half-board (recommended!) - the food was delicate, fresh, original, never heavy. Optionally you can sample the typical raclette or fondue dishes as well - can't go wrong with those either. Breakfast was excellent - buffet-style, with a broad choice - again very fresh. I forgot to mention the fact that they have a great patisserie chef as well - so do expect superb cakes and pastries as well, and desserts !
Cons: Would have liked a bath, so next time we will book a chalet !
7.5 Good
Cons: Price was high Too far from bars and restaurants and shops
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect ski in ski out and Good food.
7.9 Good
Pros: Brilliant chef
Cons: Clumsy bathroom / wc doors
7.5 Good
Pros: Julie, the manager, was very nice and keen on assisting us with anything we nedded. So good to ski in and ski out. The ambience at the hotel was very pleasant and made me feel very much at home. The deserts made by the dinner chef were delicious! Wonderful stay!
Cons: Didn´t have a support for the soap and shampoo in the shower box. Would be nice to have a gym in the hotel. Wished we had more snow and less crowds on the slopes.

Pros: Beautiful location- easy to get to hiking trails. Mont Blanc view from pool. Village very well designed and equipped. Apartment comfy with everything we needed, even free laundry facilities. Lots of activities & entertainment if you wanted it, e.g. ping-pong tables & other outdoor games, trampolines, bpuncy castles and one-off activities for kids like circus games & build a wooden cabin.
Cons: Resort restaurants & supermarket quite pricey but we stocked up at Lidl in Bourg St Maurice on the way. Pools could have been bigger and needed more sun loungers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We went for summer holidays, and to our surprise, the place was full of life and attractions. There were many different activities to choose from for children and adults alike. Not to mentions beautiful hikes with an option of using ski lifts which in the summertime are used by hikers and mountain bikers.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking right under the Hôtel was good and can cater for large vehicles (2.2-2.6m). Village is quite nice and views are great
Cons: Reception seemed a little disorganised, and room wasn’t ready till after 4pm
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location of apartment, ski-in, ski out
Cons: Cost of parking, other resorts with U/G parking do not charge. Apartments are tired, needing a refurb.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The complex is ideally located for ski-in, ski-out. The internet worked really well- not always the case in ski resorts. The rooms were sufficiently equipped and the bathrooms large. It is a great spot for families and we will return for sure. As a former Whistler native- felt right at home.
Cons: All was pretty good. As others have commented outdoor pools should be warmer. Misleading pictures on booking.com as regards the spa/pool facilities available. The carpets in a few locations need replacing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location on the slopes; great village and ample choice of shops and restaurants; I will be back.
Cons: Somewhat ageing infrastructure. Not sure you can the best apartment when booking via booking.com given the commission that Pierre et Vacances needs to leave to booking.com.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant location- in our opinion the best of the villages. Don’t make the same mistake as us though, book a minimum of 5 nights to get the free entertainment passes! The accommodation was very clean and considering the size of the village felt very quaint. Take the free lift up to 2000 for stunning walks and views.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t dislike

Pros: great view, great pool. would go again.
Cons: kitchen did not always have all things needed, no oven.

For your relaxation, the residence's spa also offers a sauna, a hammam and a hot tub.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy room . Amazing views of mountains.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Supurb location, a literate stone's throw from the ski lift up into champagny, within 10 minutes you can be in LaPlagne which is a great ski resort also. This accommodation was warm, clean and great value for money. We stayed for two weeks and although you'd like more space you realise that what you've paid is more than fair. The facilities were brilliant. Plenty of parking. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves fantastic food, just book a table in advance.
Cons: Slightly annoying that you have to book a time slot for the sauna, it would be more ideal to just rock up whenever. However, I understand this is due to lack of space. Cooking in the room can be done however there is no extractor fan to be mindful what you cook as it'll stink the place out
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Free spa and pool is a useful amenity in the mountains. Rooms are cozy.
Cons: Internet is slow.
6.7 Good
Pros: Beautiful view, nice place for a short break up in the mountings. Cable cars at the hotel doorstep and the center of the town within a short ride by elevator. You can borrow sledges and play ping pong for free. Free parking right next to the hotel.
Cons: Certain things should be communicated to the guests in advance, such as, the reception is only open at certain hours (but the key is left for you upon arrival, so no problem to check-in on your own). The hotel restaurant is advertised all over the hotel but when you go down for dinner you discover it is closed for the next couple of months and there's no-one to recommend you where to eat instead (we found only one place in town which serves meals after 8.30 p.m.). Spa is only open as of 4.30 p.m. and you can enjoy one spa activity at a time per 30 min time slots. Jacuzzi was not working during our stay. Swimming pool is open as of 2 p.m. It would be nice to know these things in advance of arrival to be able to plan accordingly.
7.9 Good
Pros: Fantastic location, Charming interior with a lot of details, Cozy bar and restaurant downstairs Pool.
Cons: Bedrooms - claustrophobic size with no windows. Too many antique detail to keep perfect cleanness No ski boots dryer.
5.7 Okay
Pros: close to ski funiculare
Cons: include breakfast into the price
4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful
Cons: No linen, towels or toilet paper in rooms. Had to ask for all and was charged for towels. Room and all linen stank of cigarette smoke.

Pros: Food, excellent wine, room location & staff
Cons: Bar prices we’re a little expensive
7.1 Good
Pros: Location Modern Quite nice spa Bedroom
Cons: Staff Service Breakfast Value for money Not a true 5 Star
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location ski in and out fab.
Cons: Location
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is amazing - you can easily reach the hotel from almost every slope of the resort. The ski shop is super comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the equipment is brand new. The hotel is new and fresh.
Cons: The hotel is new and probably that is why there are plenty tiny details that are missing like sauna hats, tea in the spa and room, not enough water in the cooler for everyone in the spa, no hydromassage in the swimming pool. The whole spa is designed poorly - there is plenty of space but the swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas are tiny. Rooms are not designed for skiers - there is no place to hang ski clothes to dry. It was said that the restaurant chef was awarded the Michelin star - unfortunately, the restaurant is not the best in the area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I am a difficult traveler. And usually there’s always something that goes wrong when you stay abroad. I have been skiing Europe for the past 18 years. I travel to three or four destinations every year. I have skied every country in Europe that has snow. This place was beyond my expectations. From the moment we pulled up and they took our luggage out of the car and brought it to our room and parked our car. That was not a typo. They brought their luggage to our room. I’m at steak and potato guy. The chef went out of his way to pier chicken or steak exactly to my liking every single evening. The staff was more than friendly and courteous. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Every room has an amazing view. Everything is conveniently located. Even the restaurants in the hotel were better than the restaurants throughout the town. Everyone took the time to know our names and what we liked. I have never felt more welcome or at home in all the years I’ve traveled throughout Europe. This place should be the standard of what a ski resort hotel is like.
Cons: I could not stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for ski in - ski out, very friendly staff thought the hotel. Highly recommended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, great breakfast and wonderful staff. Comfy rooms with beautiful view. Ski room OK (combined with ski shop).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: After an initial couple of issues the staff were excellent - Emily on reception and Gilly in the ski room were especially helpful. The location is exceptional for families/beginners with the ski school meeting points right outside the door. Spa/pool was lovely.
Cons: The room layouts are a little strange - I booked a deluxe suite which might be great for 2 people but the downstairs room was little larger than the sofa bed when that was pulled out Toilet was in the downstairs room with bathroom including the only sink upstairs so not ideal with kids. We were fortunate to be moved to the family suite as there had been a cancellation which was much better but again the toilet was off one of the bedrooms with a glass door which meant the light went flooding into that room. Small issues I know but you do wonder how they approached the room layout designs!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing !
Cons: Position of hotel, room, food, ski storage

5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was quite comprehensive, with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly. I am struggling to find positives. Pretty views from the outside of the hotel. But it's in the Val d'sere, of course it has pretty views. That is no thanks to the hotel.
Cons: The hotel reception closes at 9pm, and there is nowhere to get anything, even a bottle of water, after that time. There are NO facilities in the room (no kettle, no minibar), no drinks machine in the foyer or anywhere, absolutely nothing available. And with no shops nearby (nothing is nearby) it was a very bleak stay, having not come prepared for such a lack of normal facilities. In all my travels over 30 years I don't think I have stayed in any accommodation that does not provide even those basic needs - or at least has room service to cover them. It is a surprisingly long way from the centre of Bourg, so you have to use the car to get anywhere. It's very rural location is pretty, for sure, but not convenient. But probably the worst thing was the speed of the internet - so slow it was almost impossible to even do a speed-test. When I eventually managed to do it, it was running at only 0.4Mbps, which is probably slower than when the internet was first invented!! It was impossible to stream anything, or even use google to search for stuff, so I was unable to do any work - even sending a simple email took ages. Annoying enough on a relaxing holiday, but angry-making on business trip. All in all, for a not inexpensive hotel, it was really disappointing. I have stayed in cheaper accommodation locally that far outstrips the Autantic in quality and value for money. I won't stay there next time I have business in Bourg.

Pros: A warm and efficient welcome to this beautiful hotel in the outskirts of Bourg Saint Maurice which was very peaceful with wonderful views. The room was very airy and the bed and linen extremely comfortable and high quality so a good night's sleep. The swimming pool was a welcome refresh after a hot day and the pool surround and changing rooms were spotless. Finally, breakfast was delicious and the setting in the conservatory just lovely. Secure garage parking for motorcycle. Would definitely return.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s just in such a great location. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spot on for the 4 of us.
Cons: Nothing really. Internet could be a bit slow if you’re streaming films but that’s really picky!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, we loved the log burner in our chalet. Well equipped and convenient for the slopes and all the shops/restaurants in Les Eucherts. Spa facilities were fantastic.
Cons: Beds weren't particularly comfy at all and we could never get the temperature right in the bedrooms!
3.8 Mediocre
Cons: "run down" needs refurbishment
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent apartment, very good layout. Fantastic mountain view. Very nice balcony. Bathrooms were splendid. I deeply recommend it to stay here. Surroundings are great and the outdoor activities available are plenty.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Views and views and views again!
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is great- just next to Les Echerts ski slopes and next to restaurants, small supermarket and bars. 15mins walk to La Rosiere centre.
Cons: Didn’t like the fact that cleaning was not included in the price we paid which wasn’t cheap and that we had to go out and buy cleaning materials or risk losing our sizeable deposit (over€400). Plus we couldn’t be sure how properly clean the apartment was when we arrived- had toilets etc been disinfected? Also bedding not of very high standard.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb place. Can’t wait to return next year.

Pros: Spa nice...but small..breakfast good.
Cons: Not super easy to find from the funicular on the first night...Google maps did not help either..not really ski in and out easily more walk in first then ski...
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom v basic. Only a flimsy curtain in bathroom that looked out to hotel entrance
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was much bigger than I thought . Very comfortable and spacious bed The breakfast was very good .
Cons: The parking was a little far away
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We opted for the half board option. Glad we did as we were tired after skiing and the food was amazing. Loads of choice at breakfast and couldnt fault the selection and service
Cons: The only things that could be improved upon was that if you did not get to dinner early enough, your choice may no longer be available, however, the other options were great!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It had recently been refurbed in a more modern style that “typical savoyard”.
Cons: No lifts to allow me to move my ski kit easily.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean room much bigger then expected: two rooms, two bathrooms. Free acces to Spa and swimming pool are a valuable plus. Very good breakfast in terms of room and products: we easily found gluten free food as requested. We arrived later then planned but staff kindly called us giving all necessary info to enter the structure in advance. Very kind and professional staff. Arc1600 centre village can be reached in 5 minutes walk and excelent restaurant Orso available at less than 100 mt.
Cons: Just minor things. Few room accessories requires some maintenance due to age. Some more towels would help. Confirmation file was reporting info for winter season not valid for summer season (i.e. longer check-in time)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location, staff, sauna, and nordic bath
7.9 Good
Pros: Exceptionnal kindness of the staff
Cons: Food at dinner was rather poor. The hotel location is of centered and far from public transport, nothing is arranged by the hotel to compensate for that.

Pros: The hotel is in a very beautiful location outside of the city center (but close). The owner made us feel very welcome and provided interesting information about the place although we stayed only for one night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owner and quiet location. Breakfast is simple (continental style) but plentiful and good quality. All is as advertised - not luxury, but clean, well-presented and comfortable. Lots of hot water!
Cons: Location is quite a long way from centre of Bourg. You could walk, but it would probably take 20 minutes to half an hour. But, if you have a car (and I think there is a bus during the day), that is not an issue.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: 1/3rd to 1/4 price of staying up the hill Very friendly and helpful proprietor (Becky) Clean rooms Handy for funicular (3 min drive) Plenty of restaurants in town With car it's easy to drive to other ski areas for a day
Cons: No complaints for the money spent Everything shuts down Sunday evening in Bourg St Maurice - get food early!
7.1 Good
Pros: Hosts are very welcoming, the hotel and the room was neat and clean, the area is quiet, very convenient location if you have a car, free parking.
Cons: The shower cabin is very small
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast was just croissant, coffee and juice. Nothing to built a day in the slopes on!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The English owners are very friendly and helpful, and being English easy to communicate with for an English speaking traveller, and even gave me a lift back from the to and back from the funicular/Lidl on my first day's Snowboarding before I had become accustomed to the place. I ordered a few things from Amazon while I was there and I found them on my bed in my room when I arrived back in the evening after a long days boarding. Overall very helpful and amenable hosts.
Cons: I have no complaints.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owner and no problem that we were late. Could not have been more helpful. It is very easy to find and an excellent location.
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Location, very friendly staff
Cons: Noisy when other guests were coming home late and started talking on the terrace just below the window. The breakfast does not cost a lot (7€) but is very limited when you are staying in the hotel for more than 2 days.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff ok
Cons: Tired and rundown Unmarked 8 inch step up to bathroom from bedroom, dangerous

Pros: Customer care was excellent especially from reception staff.
Cons: The residence met our expectations.
7.9 Good
Pros: Perfect ski in ski out location.
Cons: Toilet could have been cleaner
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Receptionist Location
Cons: Shower sprayed out of stall
7.9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Bit small
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable accommodation. Great to be right be the piste. Convenient ski locker at piste-access level. Helpful receptionist including very handy morning delivery of baguettes and croissants. Convenient, although typically-expensive car parking.
Cons: A little far from the village. You could walk up via the piste or through the covered car parking, quite an effort either way. Because the village was above the accommodation we tended to stop by the Spar on the way back from slopes and became expert at ski-ing back to the apartment carrying a bag of shopping. The kitchen could have done with a few more cooking utensils but that's only a minor quibble.

Pros: Centrally Located a Great Chalet in a Fantastic Resort
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, warm rooms, excellent pool and sauna, good parking. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: There was a pungent smell of kerosene in our room which woke us in the night and last for half of the week. Such a shame as it tainted what otherwise would have been perfect accommodation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, easy access to the slope, convenient supermarket in the building, amazing relaxing area on 1st floor
Cons: It a the shame that the check is is so late and the checkout so early as arriving from the Eurostar, we didn t have much flexibility in timelines

7.1 Good
Pros: Location although ski in ski out could be a bit intimidating dependant on conditions. Food very good
Cons: Rooms a little small
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, big selection and hot food on request.
Cons: Coffee was poor! Superior rooms seem sparsely furnished and could do with some attention as fairly basic. Bathroom amenities could also be improved.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfasts and most dinners. The fondu evening was a bit disappointing.
Cons: Good location for skiers but a walk up the road to the resort and this wasn't groomed. It would be good to improve this and find a way to shorten the length of road that has to be used.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay and lovely environment and ambiance. Easy to remain there and not go out. Staff were fantastic. Food quite rich with lots of interesting ideas. Definitely a place to visit again. Not ideal for families with children.
Cons: Could have done with more hooks to hang things in bedrooms. Ski in ski out but ski return ramp needs a bit of work.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic as was location and food
Cons: Rooms not good enough for the price never mind 4 star
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff, excellent food. Generally a great hotel.
Cons: Drinks can be on the expensive side! Yes, it's a Ski resort, and expense is par for the course, but €14.5 for a G&T?? We also found the owner a bit unapproachable and more interested in entertaining his family / friends / regular guests than conversing with us first timers.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast and outstanding dinner (by far, the best I ever had included in the room fee). Staff very friendly. Great position on slopes.
Cons: The rooms are small and too simple for a hotel at his price.
7.9 Good
Pros: The food was excellent as was the location
Cons: The rooms were small and barely adequate for a 4 star at this price - more like a 3 star.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful & friendly.Great position on slopes.Superb food (breakfasts & dinner)
Cons: No chairs in room - not great for a 4 star. Very noisy Belgium party - management should have told them to quieten down a little
