Pros: Convenient location
Cons: The stay was in May 2020, as we were coming out a COVID stay at home. There was no food service, the restaurants and bar were closed, and no room service. No facilities, e.g. gyn or pool, were available. There also were no room cleaning services during my 3 night stay...no clean towels (I had to ask the front desk), bed was not made. Disappointing for a Hilton. They did offer 1000 Hilton points. However, the price should have been discounted, noting the limited services.

Pros: Staff was friendly and accommodating. quick to greet and very personable. I liked the size of room we had reserved and how was set up with mini fridge and divider wall for seating area. The location was great to get into Gainesville and provided easy access to highway.
Cons: The facilities felt old and worn. The carpet in halls was well worn, and elevators were in disarray making sounds and jerky movements as ascending and descending. The room smelled musty when AC was turned on, and tv was on a wall that split the seating area and bed. Slightly odd layout for watching tv (not that we were really there to watch tv.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location and cost
Cons: The air conditioner in the room ran but wasn't working properly. It was so hot at times but we suffered through it and we're appreciative during this pandemic. my daughter and I witnessed a very blatant drug deal in the parking lot. all out in the open for all the world in God to see. The next day I found a dime sack of I'm not sure what it was heroin or crystal meth since I've never seen either one of those before I can't say.and yes I took a tissue and picked it up and threw it away before somebody's child found it. The bathroom in an hour hotel room had not been wiped down and disinfected properly there were fingerprints of what looked like blood on the back of the bathroom door and close to the toilet paper dispenser. there were hair caught in the fan above the stove range and found in the bathtub and the plunger for the toilet had old dried-up dirty toilet paper on it. We got this room at a very good rate and dealt with all of the mishaps luckily I brought my own cleaning supplies because of the pandemic but I feel that the housekeepers could have done a much better job.
