Pros: Lovely place, very helpful staff, holiday style decorations, definitely a great place to spend your vacation
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We book the hotel at the last minute, we did not have any major expectation but it turn out to be an amazing hotel on a fabulous location. Everything worked. Enrico at reception was a great host and accommodate all our requests. the room was beautiful, all we could hear was the river no far by. Bed comfortable and bathroom modern and clean. the Spa area was very nice and all facilities were functioning. Especially the sauna where the temp was perfect and the hammam with the choice of steam essences to choose. That is what I call attention to details. The restaurant was also very nice. We had a beautiful table with view, the menu cover all tastes.
Cons: I have to say that all worked perfectly, making our short vacation nice and relaxing. Just one note: We ask for a late checkout on the Saturday evening for Sunday morning. The person at reception said that was not possible (She did not check if the room was booked the day after - while we did, it was free) We were prepared to pay some extra also. The next day my partner asked again to a different person at reception and we did get the extension for free. Nice one!
7.9 Good
Pros: Well run, staff nice, beds ok, breakfasts good. Nice atmosphere in bar for apres ski drinks and snacks. really Good location if you drive. Probably a pain if you have to get to Staffal/ tschafal? For 9 am lessons via hotel hopper to punta jolanda then navette..... only 2 hrs from Milan airports
Cons: No gym. I’m sure there was one advertised when we booked. Water with meals is bottled only and there is no free water in the rooms. 2x 0.5l in minibar not enough. Food not very child friendly. Too hot in restaurant usually.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Just missing some better drying equipment for skiboots i the ski-room. My boots never could dry properly on the inside.

7.5 Good
Pros: The beautiful chalet in old wood and great architecture. Fabulous food. Walking distance from the center of the village. Very kind owners.
Cons: The house is made of wood including the stairs and if guests are not careful while walking around the house, it can be very noisy especially when going up and down the stairs. I would suggest to guests to keep this in mind and behave accordingly in order to respect and protect other people resting in their rooms!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A new and modern apartment hotel with spacious rooms and beautiful decor near the center of town. They have a nice warm pool and SPA and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: The accommodation is transiting from apartments to being a hotel thus the kitchen has no cooking ware, dishes or even kettle. They were kind enough to lend us but that was out of the ordinary.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean and comfy apartment, not far away from to ski lifts.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extermly helpful , great view ,breakfast was good and location was great
Cons: No lunch served in the restuarant specially when stuck in due to snow .
5.8 Okay
Cons: I had a reservation for 14 days at the resort, the time i went at the resort there was no snow in the area, so we decide with my girlfried to make a road trip and ski in Austria. We were away for 2 days and the when we get back 3 oclock after midnight, i tried to access my rooms and there was someone else there. The director of the resort come and it was a very rude lady. Who never apologize for their mistake, trying to blame me. What she was claiming was that i left the property and i didn't pay ( even though they had charge my card). That's not only it, when i asked where we will sleep she said that she has to check first if there is any availability, and IF there is an available room i will have to pay for it. Also, she was always mentioning that she will call the police in an effort to intimidate me and back off. contact the property and they decline to refund my money insisting that was my fault, as a result refund my money. Was the worst experience i ever had, and the lady (director) of the resort among the rudest persons i have ever meet. ,
5.8 Okay
Pros: Fresh and clean hotel. Nice spa. Ok breakfast buffé but high price for it. Quite close to the base lift. The cleaning personell very helpful.
Cons: Very arrogant staff in the reception. Not interested in helping out. Whatever you ask for, you get the feeling that you are just a pain in the... Our daughter got ill on the last day and we asked to keep the room for some hours extra until our flight was due (and pay for it) but they refused. Instead she had to lay in the reception. Luggage room was also very reluctantly arranged. You get one key card for 6 persons. If you loose it they charge you 5 euro.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The restaurant
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything is new and comfortable, food is excellent and there is a good Spa.
Cons: The restaurant at breakfast can get a bit busy some days.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was a nice room for three people with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an upstairs and balcony. The location in town was nice. The bierstube had good drinks and wonderful appetizers with your drinks. The spa was also nice.
Cons: They did not include breakfast and it was an additional 15€ pp! Extra towels were 5€!! We felt like we were being nickle and dimed and was surprised these things weren’t included. we stayed for three nights and never got clean towels and that would have been nice.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff were pleasant but I had very little contact with them. Everything was very modern and ‘deluxe’ room was spacious.
Cons: It is important to realize that this is not a normal 4* hotel but an establishment with apartments- some with a kitchen, some without. I did not appreciate this when I booked as the resort advised me that there would be a deposit of €150 for kitchen equipment. Other than fresh towels, emptying of waste bin and bed making each day our room was not serviced. However there was no kitchen. There are no public spaces other than the bar and SPA both requiring further payments. We had to ask for the bed linen to be changed, toilet paper to be renewed etc.. floor and balcony cleaning was requested but not carried out over the 7 days. Water glasses were never taken for cleaning properly and the coffee maker lay all week with the original 4 free used pods festering in the collection drawer of the machine. I feel that this is a resort policy rather than a staff issue but they clearly felt that handling glasses of any kind was not their responsibility. There was no room service and only part time reception. Staff were pleasant but had very little contact with them throughout the week. Most of the rooms do not get sunshine in Winter. Despite the comfortable apartment I did not feel this place gave value for money however I see that this view is not universally shared.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting, very country. Amazing breakfast. Great host.
Cons: Let helps know if the groups will be spilt between buildings
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast, the tranquility, genuine interior, good bathroom
Cons: Too warm in the bed-room on the mezzanine floor of the room, Some aeration, like a fan, would have helped. There was a mosquito blind for the window downstairs so with some circulation it would have been all good. Not sure all rooms have a mezzanine floor.
7.5 Good
Pros: Area, landscape, backyard, building, are all absolutely beautifull.
Cons: barking dogs, we couldnt sleep a minute because of the barking dogs they have chained just below windows

5.4 Okay
Pros: The location is good for getting to the slopes and the breakfast is pretty good
Cons: The staff in the restaurant were there to get food and drinks out as quickly as possible, not to provide a service. For us, after dinner, there were nowhere to sit where it was a bit quieter. You were not "encouraged" to stay in the restaurant and the two sofas in a quiet room were always taken. there are 4 games tables in a separate room but there was also a TV in there were they tended to show football on.
7.5 Good
Pros: Most days we found something edible in the restaurant and on the days we didn’t we could ask for pesto pasta. Large areas of seating at night- bar, lounge and games room.
Cons: Entertainment team only really tried to sell you lottery tickets. Ordered breakfast picnic day of departure but it didn’t turn up. On our last night other guests were really noisy. Quite a trek to the ski lifts.
6.3 Good
Pros: Buffet breakfast good. Parking easy
Cons: Virtually no atmosphere in area..lacking shops, bars , restaurants. Tired interior to hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was well balanced and very tastefull
Cons: Parking the car, it was a muddy parkingplace.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No WI-fi in room, bathroom small (could not stand up tub for shower, noisy (could hear people in halls and in next room), I got violently sick from the dinner meal.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Half Board was great value with lots of good Italian food. 300 Meters from 2 Ski lifts. Sauna area was nice after day of Skiing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Big bar and lobby
Cons: First night room above fuel tank. Fortunately we could change room
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location, walking distance to the slopes. Probably ski in and out possible if there is enough snow. Surprisingly good breakfast and dinner, with a good assortment of wines. Hotel spa works well and it is well appreciated after a day on the slopes. Overall the village is functional and quiet. There are no supermarkets, so be sure to have a car if you need to cook.
Cons: Staff is friendly but unwilling to accommodate requests, such as having a later departure or let us use the spa showers after check-out time. They actually tried to charge us a ticket to the spa when we asked if we could use the shower rooms for changing our clothes after our final morning on the slopes, believe it or not. Rooms are clean but pretty old and with some basic features missing. There were only 2 electric sockets available in the room, one in the bathroom and one in a room corner. Making it pretty difficult to manage charging your electric gadgets. Also there was very poor lighting in the room, making it pretty dark and gloomy. Beds are pretty soft and noisy.
7.5 Good
Pros: We have received an upgrade and useful info from Alessandro. thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Position
Cons: Mass catering
