The food was top rate.

Evening entertainment .....music. Very very poor. Pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The staff at the pool area, bar and restaurants are super heroes. So nice, polite and quick!

The receptionists were not as welcoming and helpful as expected. Had to call 3 times to get an iron board, the water was tuned off for 3, 4 hours without any notice and was told it was going to be working 2 hours earlier than it actually did. The car service can only be paid in cash, would be good to know beforehand since there is no cash machine at the hotel.

Food and service was excellent . The rest of the elements were clean

Our second stay there were ants and a smell in the room. The staff did try to help but unfortunately the hiccups were still throughout our stay and we decided to live with it . Just minor .

Spotless. Excellent staff and facilities. Great location with many lovely local places to eat a short walk away.

Both the outdoor pool and the jacuzzi pool were exceptionally cold, so much so that we barely swam in them. We usually go in the pool a few times a day so this was disappointing for us. We used the indoor pool instead.
